Ok so to start I have a download speed of 70-75mbps and upload of 12-14mbps... Ive noticed lately that when I stream a show the quality bar will go from 2 bars to 1... I really dont mind 1 bar but It bothers me that it switches back between both since the subtittles change size, its really distracting! I also went to account settings and turned quality up but i dont know if thats for the xbox app... Ive tried redownloading app, clear cache, reset connection, re log... Nothing fixes this!! Help please thnx!

Oh, so that's why subtitles changed size...

Video quality in (most of) the apps is tied into end-to-end bandwidth, and not just your immediate connection.

i have the same problem as you and i have download speed 100mbps and upload 100mbps and every single episode i have tried to watch have buffered like ever 2-5 seconds its kinda annoying as hell to pay $11,95 for something i cant watch sure im atm at the 14 days trial but still this aint worth the money

Well it was happening with Space Brothers, and Hunter x Hunter but its working better now even thought it happens sometimes just not every 30secs... Now I just got Server unavailable... I searched on google about these problems and found posts back from early 2012... How long does it take to fix this? Over a year? Or maybe crunchyroll just does not care about all the xbox customers... Sigh zzzzz ridiculous!

it happend on the first 6 episodes of sword art online in the middle of the episodes but the day after it stopped so im happy now ^^

My friend had this same problem, said you guys made him do some basic stuff and resolved nothing. I wont be continuing membership, thanks anyways.
Crunchyroll has a long way to go on Xbox.
