Can one still hope that CR will get the licenses to stream Kill La Kill in the UK? :C

I thought KlK was being streamed in Australia by Madman. How is it that CR is able to get their hands on it for them?

Is that all Madman lost or did they lose others? All of them from Aniplex? Too bad Crunchyroll doesn't have Coppelion as they leaked that even earlier than KlK and didn't fix it in time... Oops.

Just Kill la Kill.

So now Crunchyroll and Daisuki both get Australia and New Zealand added as regions for Kill la Kill.

Hopefully Daisuki has stopped the Monogatari leaks

No unlikely all the anime who own the streaming rights for Kill La Kill in the UK have said they have no intention with competing with Crunchyroll and will consider opening negotiations with them in the future at the moment they're launching an adventure with http://www.wakanim.co.uk/video/A/6-dont-toy-me-on-a-whim-kill-la-kill which simulcast the title free for everyone for a week before it's only available to purchase with "tokens" they also allow downloads which is a very interesting thing.

So it's unlikely we'll see Kill La Kill on Crunchyroll at least this season but hopefully next season www.alltheanime.com will open up negotiations with Crunchyroll for its next lot of streaming should it aquire some next year

One can still hope, but don't get your hopes up too far ~ Wakanim.co.uk has it for the UK, both streaming and download. Their licensing was done by AllTheAnime.com, who have discussed a willingness to work with streaming sites, but there isn't any word of anything definite.

This is almost funny, as the Madman situation has now resulted in them no longer showing KlK on their web-only "Viewing Room" but allowing CrunchyRoll the AUS/NZ streaming rights on their multi-platform service.

So they're benefitting from a bad situation. Yet the UK is now one of the few remaining territories not getting the show on a proper TV-capable platform.

Outside of North America the entire international handing of this title has been a total cluster from Go to Woah.

I've been following Kill La Kill and Samurai Flamenco over on that Wakanim site, they have to be two of the best shows out of this awesome season, but I really don't like their set up over there and I have to stream on my Mac instead of my PS3. I really don't get how they managed to pull it off though, literally only two shows on the whole site and they beat Crunchyroll to them.

But how good has this season been, I'm following around 8 shows this season, I haven't followed this many new shows in one go in such a long time.

I've been watching Magi: Kingdom of Magic and season 2 of Valvrave. Love 'em both.

Just added Kill la Kill to my queue.

It is less of a race and more of a bidding war. A company seeking to establish itself will be willing to take a loss to do so.

Sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn't (i.e., Anime on Demand).
