I'd like to show you how utterly, utterly life-ruining this can be, if you let procrastination dominate your life.
Massive procrastination can also be a sign of certain mental impairments and should be taken seriously when you feel you can't handle important things anymore.

I was kicked out of school because I didn't do jack and failed too often (No detention over here. Fail twice and you have to repeat a year and transfer when things don't change for the better).

Doing any kind of sports is absolutely impossible, because today will always be today and tommorow will always be tommorow.

I always have to pay additional fees for paying my bills or returning DVDs way too late.

I'm always in the red because I'll always save my money "next month".

Barely avoided having my stuff taken away from me for not paying a bill. You do NOT want to talk to these people. Trust me. They are soul-crushingly merciless. It's a nightmare.

I only do the dishes when there are none left. It's always dirty in here because I'll just clean a few and "save the rest for later".

Currently, I am unemployed and should have checked into my local job center more than a month ago. My girlfriend keeps paying my bills but if I don't get a job soon, we'll lose our house. I'm still sitting here, watching anime because mondays are always crowded, tuesdays I oversleep, wednesday's closed, thursday I'll find some other excuse, and friday is basically weekend so...

For the sake of your own future, please don't become like me.
I know telling you this is pointless, because massive procrastinators lack the power to do so, but still... Try your best.
People don't accept procrastination. To them, you're just a lazy bastard who doesn't take things seriously. That's because THEY can deal with stuff and don't understand how not being able to deal with it feels like.
The worst thing about procrastination is that people think you have a choice. Most of the time you don't.
If you do, you're probably not procrastinating, but simply delaying. There's a big difference.

I'm procrastinating on writing/rewriting my very own story. I got all the inspiration I need but I avoid them, I just play video games/online games and some other stuff besides writing it. I hate myself.

Major procrastinator here. Throughout the entirety of high school, and slowly but surely seeping into the rest of my life.
I have projects that could brighten my future, get me respect from friends, family, and maybe even the internet, but end up put it off after hitting the first obstacle.
Sadly to say, I've been a half-assed loser my whole life, primarily due to everything coming naturally and easily to me in the early days, destroying any chance of gaining any positive learning habits.
Hell, I couldn't give you 100% now even if you held my family at gunpoint. Sad, I know.

In America we have a similar thing called a 401k
How they work is from the time you leave university and get a job, you should put money into this account little to little so when you retire you have money to live off of.
When they first became popular in America $401,000 (USD) was the amount that you should strive to hit. But as the value of currency around the world has changed so has the amount that you really need. It is called a 401k because sometimes in America $1,000 (USD) is referred to as 1g or 1k. It is a short way of saying thousand, but I have no idea where we got k and g.

I have a 1500+ word microbiology lab research report due tonight by 11:59 PM; I worked on it all day today and finished it around 11:00 PM. We'll see if it's a success though; turnitin.com is one of many judges. A 0% similarity seems too good to be true!

I had to work on a preparation essay for tomorrow morning, but just wrote a couple of things and gave up on it. I just need 12% on the essay to not fail this course, it's not too bad.
I still have to write this 5-pages long philosophy text for Thursday, and I haven't read any of the books related to it.

No hot water; I need to fix the water heater but the plumbing is all screwy, the pipes are in the way of the tank so I'd have to redo the whole thing. For now I'm comfortable doing it the old fashion way and boiling water for dishes, bath and laundry. It cleans better anyway just slightly less convenient.
