I own a VCR. Since almost 1/3 of my collection is from the 1980s and 1990s it's necessary. If I got rid of it I could no longer watch:

Robotech
Sailor Moon (the old VKLL fansubs) though I own the first 4 seasons on DVD anyway
Slayers
Pretty Sammy
Oh My Goddess
Dirty Pair
Bubblegum Crisis
All Purpose Cultural Cat Girl Nuku Nuku
Plastic Little
and what else ..... ? I have a hard time remembering what I own anymore.

You know, I should plug it in and watch some ... oh wait, scratch that. I don't even own a TV

oldest i own is an old floor stereo cabinet(speakers on the front and lid lifts up for am/fm radio 8 track record player and maybe a cassette player.) The thing is big 4-5 foot across and almost 4 foot tall. and my antique toy is an old laserdisc player. i found a laserdisc movie at one of the local goodwill's(thrift shop) for $2.50 and then ended up buying a player and like 30 more movies to go with it

I own a marble pestle and mortar set. This is close to what I own:

It's hard to get more out-dated than that, since they date farther back than Ancient Egypt.

I have an hp pavillion laptop from 2011. Now before you say it's still pretty good, the thing's a piece of shit for what I do on computers.

No dedicated graphics card, 500 gbs of storage, and the thing is like an oven when I use it for longer than ten minutes. That is NOT good for video gaming and anything involving gaming design and programming. The thing will burn you like a bitch in heat.

Oh, I also have an 06 Camry or Corolla. I think it's an 06 Corolla. Does what I need it to, which is drive me from point a to point b, but it's pretty ancient compared to cars today.
