There are countless people that think fighting is a joke. They hit people thinking that they are joking with them, regardless that the punch probably still hurt as much as in a real fight.

Then there are people, who think they are 'big people' who can dominate others, just to show off in front of other people.

I can't stand people that think this way, I just don't get it personally. I had to stop a fight today because someone got angry that the other person was 'joke punching' them.

Seriously, what do you guys think

I prefer shooting people. With imaginary guns obviously. 0 pain as real shooting, but twice as fun.

True, sounds like it could be fun, but also the latter -,- I'd prefer a fight with swords (No complaints from me there)

I did that took a kid back in middle school joking around and what not really thinking about it. I guess I really didn't know my own strength and left a huge bruise on his arm. This kid was probably twice my size. The next thing I know He backhanded me across the face. Left this huge mark on my face.

Was I mad that he overreacted?Hell yeah.!! Did I want fight him despite his obvious size advantage?Hell yeah!!! But I knew that the whole indecent was my own fault. So I didn't. I just went to the bathroom. Cleaned the mark of face. And went about my business. When the teachers got involved or something I was like its alright. Its my fault, there may be a mark on my face. But look at his arm and the see the purple bruise. No one had to stop a fight. No one was in trouble. Just because of my conscious decision that it was my fault.

Later That guy and I became friends... So the moral of the story fighting isn't the only option.

I enjoy fighting, in and out out of the ring, very much but have never used it bully or "joke" with people. If you get caught up in a brawl with me I'm serious.

I don't.
I used to fight, but not seriously, with guys in my school.
But some of them got carried away I got punched and it hurt for over a week.
If I were involved in a real fight with them they'd KO me in a second and I'd just cry like a baby.

Not physically. I do enjoy verbal debate--which is a form of word fight, but I don't know if that fits under the word, "fighting".

I think that so many argument and conflicts can be solved with words. I believe I have an exceptional skill to understand people's words and to express what I want to express, I can read between the lines.

And I'm not stubborn when it comes to admitting someone's right, I think a lot of conflicts arise from people thinking they're always right and they won't give up their ego to admit that someone else is right.

At the same time, words can also be the cause of a fight--I mean if you say something against Allah in the Middle East for example...

Wow interesting question. I'm kind of weird in this one as it depends on the reason. I do MMA and actually started doing it because physical violence scared the crap out of me. When ever I got into a conflict I was not only worried I would get hurt but also terrified I might hurt the other person. Funnily enough I really enjoy the sport but as just that, a sport.
There seems to be a very distinct difference in my mind. If I walk into the cage, aside from the usual pre-fight nerves you'd expect before any competitive sport event I'm okay with it and really enjoy doing it but if I'm out on the street and things start getting tense I hate it and it still terrifies me.
I guess I would have to say I enjoy fighting but I hate a lot off the BullS#*!t that comes with it outside of sport and I can't stand people that are doing it out of angeror a want to hurt other people

I missed on purpose. I couldn't shoot a girl. It's not fair. It'll just be a one way beating.
