I had noticed that after eating Mcdonalds burgers I would feel lost of energy and all I want to do is sleep and weight gain. I started staying away from Mcdonalds and began to eat healthier foods. I eventaully started feeling good and was back to my regular self. So have you ever had bad reactions to fast food?

Yeah, everytime I eat a McD's burger I feel like I've done something terrible to my body, I feel groggy and my body always feels like it needs to run 4 miles to burn the crap off.

Errr uhhhh I don't eat healthy..... At all but I work out. I can't say that after eating McDonald's I've felt "tired" maybe "full" but not tired. Although I usually only get like a burger, fries, and a soda/juice. If your eating like a lot of food in one sitting then I can understand were you might feel tired, but I think that's with all fatty food.

What country are you from? The food production methods in the US chain is insanely unhealthy and borderline unfit for human consumption -- they actually use ammonia, an industrial grade cleaning agent, to 'clean' the infected parts of animals.

But the operation varies massively by country. In Europe, they just use grounded lean cuts of beef. They don't even season it until afterwards -- it's simply beef.

When I did eat at Mcdonalds, I wouldnt eat alot, just two double cheese bugers( which is small compared to the other burgers they have) and Im always tired afterwards. And im not a big eater.

My Dad was an unfortunate victim of (VERY BAD) food poisoning from undercooked hamburger meat years ago. (There was an E.coli outbreak going on at the time it happened). The hamburger was the ONLY thing he had eaten that day so it had to be that hamburger from McDonald's. (Yes, I know that you can get food poisoning with ANY undercooked meat, but it IS related to the OP's question). He recovered, but it took a while for him to completely recover.

Also, a friend of mine told me she hadn't eaten at McDonald's for months and when she finally had a burger there she said she felt REALLY drained and awful after eating it. (NOT food poisoning this time). Since then, she has never eaten a hamburger from McDonald's.

Their food tastes bad. But I usually don't have any negative side effects when going there EXCEPT one time recently.
A month ago I got some mild food poisoning from there. I also felt ill after eating some Jack in the Box in the same month.
Funnily enough, the Jack in the Box near my college is worse than any McDonalds I've been to.

Being vegetarian, I can't speak for their food now.
However (before I was vegetarian), whenever I used to eat there a few years ago it would always upset my stomach and make me lethargic afterwards.

Haven't eaten at a fast food place in about 30-years. Nothing happened to me before that accept for the occasional "verp" (combo of almost vomiting & burping at the same time). Certainly, eating under cooked dead things out of the corporate troughs in my youth didn't do me much good which is why I stopped.

Ate mostly beer in college.
