I've always felt bad for the people of North Korea and having to live under a dictatorship, with its propaganda and prison camps. Not to say other places are perfect but North Korea is just...horrible.

They come in two flavors: liars and fools.

Well, I suppose it's also possible they could simply be insane. So maybe they come in three flavors.

I really don't think it's unreasonable to conclude that someone who expresses that a place which works its people to death in labor camps, shoots them for insubordination, and manages its resources so poorly that children are experiencing stunted growth due to malnutrition is a "good" place either has a screw loose, doesn't know what they're looking at, or is full of it. Based on your initial statement I would imagine you agree.

You got to be messed up if you voted for fine or good on this. Just the thought of North Korea upsets me.

At least one of those silly people actually revoked his U.S. citizenship upon arriving in N. Korea and was promptly charged with espionage and given 6 years hard labor. I hope no one in the government lifts a finger to get him back.

Think I'm making it up? Look up Mathew Milller on your favorite search engine and see what pops up.

ETA: Just looked him up looks like the State department is asking he be returned. Sad. Meanwhile a Marine vet who made a wrong turn still rots in Mexican jail with the U.S. government won't even blink in that direction.
