If you're like me, then Your free time is practically dominated by the gym, and as I'm sure many of you noticed motivational posters revolving around anime are restricted to Dragonball- Z. Now, I'm not saying that's a bad thing considering that this is the bodybuilder anime, but like with a solid workout, variety is the key to getting just a bit closer to looking like Hugh Jackman. That being said, let's make it a mission to highlight muscly motivation from all facets of the shows we love to help each other make communal gains!

I don't really work out a lot/anywhere near enough, but I find that 'mirin on the guys in Free! seems to motivate me to get the little exercise I do do done. No homo.

So the thought of ripped guys in speedos motivating you is no homo? Might beg to differ, NTTIAWWT

I have plenty of motivation I just don't want to do it, but I need to train for a half marathon again so I have no choice.

It motivates me with the thought of "hey, *I* could be a ripped guy in speedos if I worked on it". It's like a reminder of the goal, since I don't find it easy to visualise what I would look like if I was muscular. Although tbh if it does turn me gay I'm completely fine with that, I'm just pretty sure it hasn't yet.

Mmhm, I always feel awkward when I go to the gym and work out, mainly because it seems like everyone at my gym is already fit and in shape and I'm not. Plus, its mainly men that go there and I don't like struggling for anything in front of them.

I go to the gym so that I can finish my Rock Lee costume before I hit thirty and it becomes a Might Guy costume...

actually I'm at high risk of diabetes and I'm an animator so my work life is sedentary, so that's one motivator. The other is that I really like doing stuff, and being stronger means you can do more stuff, I'm trying to improve my running for a marathon next year and I go to a Kung Fu club, so stronger legs and core will mean I'm better at the things I like.

Leg day is every dayyyyyy
