that is only applicable if you're trying to bulk up, i actually eat less than what i used to before is started lifting

but what keeps me motivation is just a desire to be fit and loose all the weight i gained in college, also you feel really damn good after a good run/intense lift session .

I don't remember. I didn't pay for the classes. But probably a lot.

No shit!? Your the first dude I've met to say he listens to Hatsune Miku. I friggin love her voice man!

Right? I don't know what it is about her voice, but it's almost intoxicating. Her voice today is what Frank Sinatra's was (and still is) is his day.

My motivation is to lose weight, slim down, and get healthier. I try to go to the gym and get in a good workout 4-5 times a week, and I usually go after all my college classes are done for the day, so late at night, around 9 or 10pm, depending on the day. Ive finally gotten a bit of a gym habit going, so hopefully I can keep that up!

Well everybody dies, but the gym is where you can try to become legend. When people like Arnold Schwarzenegger and Dwayne the Rock Johnson die they will be remembered as titans among men who always strived for the epitome of their genetic blueprint. The hope of climbing that mountain to stand with them is plenty motivation to look past the inevitable.
