Tell us your first impression on a person just by seeing them with glasses only, people who wear contacts and glasses, etc.

It sounds a bit of a weird question to ask, but let's see the different interpretations people have because I'm fairly curious to see how people view others with glasses.

depends on the eyeglasses. if it's normal ones, i usually think smart, intelligent and nerdy.

if it's those big framed bookworm ones, i usually think the person is trying too hard.

if it's the ones that turn into sunglasses in daylight, i think the person has bad tastes.

As for contacts, I've always thought it look weird because with natural blue eyes, the black circle part (the pupil?) changes size with different lighting, but the contacts, the black thing stays the same size...

I wear Glasses, because If I didn't, your words would be a bit of a blur to me, I could still read it but I'd rather see clearly, people shouldn't judge others just because they wear glasses, Not all people who wear glasses are nerdy, nor are those who wear them strange, nor those who wear the ones that turn into sunglasses it may be part of the perscription.

GayAsianBoy, there are contacts so some can see and it doesn't change the way they look outwardly, But if you have a society that treats those with blue eyes and blond hair, that require that one color their hair black and wear contacts that make you look like someone your not just to get employment, something is seriously wrong there.

I like glasses, especially if she's chosen ones that accentuate her looks.

Either the person needs glasses or wants to be stylish... or maybe even both! I remembered I had a friend who didn't like wearing glasses all the time so when she would look at people it looked like she was glaring at them, but its really just cuz she cudn't see xD

I wear eyeglasses already. Now, my first impression of someone who which from eyeglasses to contacts might differ.
Some people look great when their not wearing eyeglasses anymore.

My brain foolishly thinks they look friendlier which obviously isn't always the case. Though the last glasses guy I saw was in the Navy and a friend of my uncle's and he was really nice.
