So i went just to cancel the recurring membership. They just charged me, so I figured I will cancel it now and keep the month I JUST PAID FOR. But no, they completely cancel my membership. I sent them an email or whatever. I do not want to use the service anymore because of what they just did to me. Do you think they will refund my money?

I'm posting here so it can be aware tht if you do cancel. Unlike any other streaming service they cancel right away. EVEN THOUGH YOU JUST PAID THEM.

I just want people to be aware. And to get my refund quicker. Just lost a valued customer.

Hi,

By email, did you mean the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page? I always recommend that for billing issues. They will be able to help you - I'm not sure when you sent your email in, but it may take a little while to sort through depending on their load.

Yes I did. Sorry for seeming rude. Its that that was an unfair service.
I did click contact in the bottom. I'll wait, an hopefully this will be resolved.

It's one of those things we hear about quite a bit - if you look through the support area, you'll find many similar posts. And it's something we also want to see fixed in the system, sooner rather than later, so that people stop having bad experiences here. So believe me, I understand.

I'm try to stop my recurring membership because I'm unable to cancel my account unless I do that first. Any help would be appricated.
