Now that Sunday Without God is over, I wonder if there is a chance at a season 2? How will you deal with not seeing any more adventures with Ai? Certainly this was one of the more artsy and daring anime of the summer with how episode 3 really gave you the feels.

I think there's still an OVA but I'm kinda sad ;.;

I miss Hambert.
I miss Ai
I miss Dee
I miss those shovels.
I miss the show.

On a more serious note, I'll probably read the LN in the future to see comparisons.

This is bringing tears to my eyes...

You guys are awesome. I am reliving Crunchyroll 2008.

Thank you guys.

I wonder if they could have expanded each mini-arc and did it as a season or ova subsets. I will watch a season 2.

I laughed, I cried, I looked up both the LNs AND the manga. I plan to try and follow both, as long as people keep translating them. I hope to god this one gets a season 2. the last episode was so great, it made me decide after seeing it that I NEEDED to own this series on bluray. before that, I was on the fence.

My second pick for best anime of the season, truly a joy to watch each and every episode.

I was sad since Ai's dad died... But I'll admit I was very happy with the ending. I wouldn't mind if there were some OVAs or maybe a second season in the future

Hi,

Since we already have an Sunday Without God thread, why not discuss this topic there?
