Okay so I've had the longest week possible and missed the timing to cancel my renewal. It was yesterday. I just went ahead and canceled the whole membership and sent the contact us link the same info hoping for a refund. Then I read a bunch of forums about how you guys don't give refunds?... I would really really like a refund, but what are my options?

Best suggestion is to wait until you hear back from support - it can take some time, especially on weekends, to deal with such things. In your PM, did you say you wanted a refund, or that you made a mistake? They might assume you wanted the remainder of your month if you didn't specify, since that's what most people desire.

I specified that I wanted a refund. Haven't heard back yet, but I did cancel it.
