Very nice, 7-8/10. Not quite sure which yet.

I do wish they had kept the central focus on the characters and the family's desire to reunite. I really, really loved the first half and don't think they needed to add any of that stuff about the extra planes or gods or destroying anything. Some things should be kept simpler, I think. But it did well with what it added, so I'm not as disappointed as I could be.

I like the transition in a way, in a sense it was a story about Myoue but presented from a different direction so it sneaks up on you.

It wasn't bad by any means, it just wasn't exactly what I wanted to see. The earlier episodes in which the characters of the Mirror Capital were explored will remain my favorite part of the series.

The ending was very nice, though.

ep 10.5

recap rather than the epilogue I wanted

helps further explain some of the scenes so that was nice

I knew Koto was voiced the Rie Kugimiya but its always been pushed to the back of my mind so when she introduced herself at the beginning all I could hear after was Taiga for the rest of the ep.

Yeah it's just a recap...I was hoping they add some additional footages or something else to surprise me. Oh well, the moments were still memorable so loving it.

Why some people didnt Understand this anime Probally one or two generations just dont read books no more unless it's neccesary. On one talk show siblings in the same car dont talk to each other losing social skills.Maybe losing the true meaning of family which is huge in this anime!

Again maybe a couple of generations havent read Alice IN Wonderland or through the Looking Glass which is mentioned shown in the story!

I am going to really open Pandora's box Maybe Japanese culture dont like Lewis Carroll because it wasnt from their novelists. That's why sales are low!

In another sense maybe people were turned off by religion aspects.

Or it was too much of a head trip.Anime that has depth just go over people's heads. For some people using imaganation is just too much to put effort into it!

What do you think!

All done! Lots of yays for the ending & for the show as a whole. Just gorgeous and artistic all the way through.

Not sure what sort of rating I want to give it though...I think I might actually have to go back and marathon through the entire way to make a real decision.

EDIT: Did anyone else think that the recap episode actually added a lot to the show? I kinda thought it would be a drag to watch, but actually thought that it was a really good addition/explanation to the show.

This is definitely a show that gets better upon rewatching. I enjoyed 10.5 but I didn't think it necessary, unlike 5.5 which added a great deal to my appreciation of the show. Instead, it was a very nice cap on a great show.
