Pretty much sums it up. It stays on the black screen for any new episodes of Naruto or Attack of the Titans. I have emailed customer support before; last email was received on 24 July where they suspected it was a "local network routing issue" and I pasted all the settings back to them which looked to be good according to there example but, never got a response back with some type of resolution. Any help would be appreciated.

You might want to try contacting Support again. Also check to make sure earlier replies didn't somehow end up in a spam folder.

Thanks for the video. It looks like you're using the Firefox browser in that video. A few questions:

1.) Do you have any Add Ons installed (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/) such as Ad blockers or other various 3rd party apps?
2.) If so, have you tried running Firefox with your Add Ons disabled?
3.) Are your Add Ons and Plug-ins up to date? When was the last time you updated your Flash Player plug-in?
4.) Does this problem happen with all browsers such as Google Chrome and MS Internet Explorer?
5.) Have you tried clearing your browser cache/cookies, shutting down your browser, firing it all back up, and then logging back in CR?

The browser might not make a difference since other videos are playing fine, but it might be worth checking.

/Edit: One more thought...

Does that problem occur with all encoded resolutions (SD, 480P, 720P, & 1080P)? Or does it only happen with one particular size? For example, have you tried playing the SD or 480P stream vs. the 1080P stream? Does the problem still happen?

Yes, I went through 1-5 still the same problem. Happens with all resolutions as well.

It must be something with those two series as I am able to watch new episodes of Space Brothers and Yamishibai just fine.

What happens if u aren't logged into your account when u try to watch some of the newer videos? Do u still get a black screen?

Also, do u have another PC or laptop that u can use to see if u get the same issue? If u get the same issue, and they are connected to the Internet in the same manner, then it's likely a router issue.

Have u tried re-configuring or resetting your router? Sometimes routers can act strange over time (closing ports, etc), and a simple reset of the router can fix that. I think that may be your next step here.
