Seriously, what gives? I quite happen to like supporting the anime industry by using the services offered on this website. However, I received notice this morning that my Anime Membership had been cancelled because of payment issues with Paypal. I can understand having issues with the billing but I wasn't contacted about any billing issues whatsoever.

If CR is going to be offering services where we can set up automatic billing via Paypal, why wasn't I contacted about the issue sooner than just receiving notification that my membership was cancelled? I've had my Anime Membership through CR for over two years and to know that I'm getting service like this with no prior contact about the problem is simply unprofessional.

I live in Canada and don't have access to Hulu and Daisuki is just really slow. Communication goes a long way and I would appreciate being notified of any issues before my membership is cancelled.

Hi,

With all billing issues, my first suggestion is to use the Contact Us link at the bottom of any page - that will get you the fastest answers for such things.

You still have the premium star next to your name (as of the moment I wrote this), so it looks like you're a member still at this point, at least. If that gets dropped before you hear back from support, please PM me.
