Back at the beginning of the year, I pre-ordered an Asuna figure from the Crunchyroll Store. After the way this order was handled and ignored, its assured I will never buy anything through the Store again, let alone pre-order, and will probably start actively encouraging people to not shop through Crunchyroll.

I ordered this figure back on January 31st of this year, and it was supposedly shipped out to me on July 9th. However, I never received this figure. According the the tracking information, it was delivered, but I've yet to see it. I've tried contacting Crunchyroll numerous times about this order, but have never even gotten a response. No one even replies to me. At first, I just wanted to see what my options were. Now, I want my money back.

You can send an email with your problem to the staff by using the /help?topic=contact form and selecting the "Crunchyroll Store" option for "Problem?" You're sure to get a much quicker response than by going through the forum.

Assuming that was the method of contact used, I have to wonder if he checked his spam folder to see if any responses were re-directed there.
