Why does Crunchy Roll edit/censor some titles but not others?

First off, "I Can't Play H" is unwatchable. Second, why censor "Queen's Blade Rebellion" when the original showed everything? Makes me wonder if "Wanna be the Strongest in the World" us edited. Can someone shed some light? I mean, there's a mature filter for a reason right?

just buy the dvd's if you're unsatisfied.

On second thought, if you're going to buy the dvd version of Queen's blade you're probably better off browsing the web for hentai.

From what I know, they don't censor it. They play the version they get from Japan.

Crunchy doesn't do the censoring. They license what they can. For simulcasts that's what is aired on broadcast TV in Japan; the uncensored version is reserved for pay channels and DVDs and such. Sometimes when they get catalog titles, it's the uncensored version.

There's more information in the existing more general censorship in anime thread, so I suggest browsing that thread, and asking questions there if what you read doesn't pin it down enough for you.

See specifically this post for a brief explanation.
