Im trying to watch the last episode of ano natsu de matteru but every time i try to watch it it stops at exactly 10 seconds and then skips to about 7 minutes. then after that it just goes right back to the crunchyroll menu. why does the ps3 app suck? im paying to watch anime and if im not able to watch it on a device that supports it im gonna cancel my subscription seriously you guys need to fix it.

Hell yea it does .. It happen to me, it kicks me out.. It won't play, if I dont re enter, on the crunchyroll app it freeze but u still hear that is playing.. I get so piss.. I want my roku back!! I shouldn't have give it to my friend... Boo boo...

I've just pushed new encodes for this video.
They should be available in a few hours.

Can you try again in a bit and let me know if it persists?

it works now but why dont you do that to all videos? i mean this app isnt working very well and there hasnt been an update to it since ive had crunchyroll.

Because pushing encodes for everything takes several weeks. We've done it already. And it's not the solution to most of the issues folks are having.

We are working on a patch for most of the issues folks are encountering on PS3.

I'm glad to hear that the episode worked! That show was pretty cute!

Glad to hear that a patch is in the works!

Do we have a turnaround time ?

Maybe a job posting so I can help you guys out [network engineering student here] seems like you guys are having a hell of an issue.

May I suggest that in the upcoming patch, a function is added to remember your place in a given episode? I wouldn't mind having to get out of the program and back so much if I didn't have to skip ahead to the exact spot each time.

I'd add, any idea as to when the patch to fix the audio sync issues will be going live? Don't get me wrong though, I really love this service, and I'll stick with it.

Unfortunately I do not have a release date on the patch. There are a few things in the pipeline that need to happen first.

I'll also pass the feedback about 'Resume Video Playback' along.

I understand completely, and as I said even with the bugs this service is still fantastic. When it's at 100% it'll be the kind of thing I'd feel comfortable recommending to anyone.
