Marathoning a show or watching it weekly?
Posted 10/9/13
When a new show comes out, do you wait until it is over and marathon it straight through or do you watch each episode when it comes out weekly.

When Attack on Titan was still going on, I couldn't wait and I had to watch each episode right when it came out. The same thing is going to happen with Kill la Kill and Beyond the Boundary. It also happened with the 3rd season of The World God Only Knows.

Opinions? Which do you prefer?

This question again? It is not an either or for me. Simulcasts i watch weekly. Old stuff I will marathon, as time permits.

I do pretty much what deadpanditto says--watch simulcasts weekly, and marathon old stuff (though sometimes I don't have the time to "marathon" so I'll just watch an episode here and there until I've finished).

He's also correct that this question has come up before, and there's an existing thread for it. Therefore I'm going to close this one, but please do share your thoughts over there to keep the conversation going:
