There sort of will be a second season but not quite. The first season was based off a visual novel(same name as the anime) with a sequel to the game released in July 30, 2010 called Otome wa Boku ni Koishiteru Futari no Elder.

"A three-episode OVA adaptation of Futari no Elder is produced by the animation studio Silver Link, directed by Shinya Kawazura, written by Michiko Yokote, and features character design by Keiichi Sano who based the designs on Norita's original concept.[76] The episodes will be released on three Blu-ray Disc/DVD volumes between August 29 and October 24, 2012" -Wikipedia

i stopped watching the show at the 10th eps, it got pretty boring
