As Someone from Houston, I can say that I have heard many of the people complaining about Schaub's poor perfomarnces in his games - and thus why people would be glad to see him gone. Its not right to cheer for his injury - but that is the reasoning behind it.

The Texans are not my favorite team but I think their a great team and Schaub is a great quarterback. Most qbs go through times where they don't play that well so fans shouldn't be cheering when a player gets injured. It shows that fans don't care about the players and enjoy winning more then the players health.

The houston texans were suppose to be contenders to the Super Bowl this year but after these few games the likelyhood of that seems slim, it is obvious y the Texans fans would boo schaub there just frustrated because they had high hopes for this season. But come on u gotta admit that schaub aint the best quarterback , but is it right to boo him, not really

It's disgraceful. I watch football enough to know that the Texans should be a playoff team and Superbowl contender (their defense, which this year looks atrocious, was phenomenal last year) and Schaub is one of the biggest reasons they're losing, having thrown a pick-six in four consecutive game. But to cheer an injury? Really? There's a difference between wanting your team to do well and wanting them to BENCH their liabilities than wanting your QB to get intentionally injured just for a better record. They're people, too. They're a fan of the team you cheer for just the same as you and they're trying to get the W every week. To want harm on them is ridiculous. The ironic thing was, that their back-up Yates came into the game threw his own INTs including a pick-six. And now the Houston "fans" are calling for another QB.

As a Ravens fan, I heard that after Ray Rice had a poor Fantasy week in week two - as he was injured - he received dozens of death threats from fans in Fantasy Sports to not just him, but to his family, too. There's so much wrong with that, and fans need to sit back and realize that these are people's lives that they're ruining and cheering against. Grow up if you're not mature enough to cheer for a sports team.

In MMA, it's even worse when the audience cheer and shout U.S.A., when both contestants are Americans.
Even though an asian contestant is born in America, they shout, "USA USA USA," when the other contestant is Caucasian or Black.

I never approve of fans cheering for somebody getting hurt. I don't care how bad the guy is playing, boo him and the coach for keeping him in if you want to, but don't cheer because the guy got hurt. It's scummy behavior and anybody who cheers in those kinds of situations needs to evaluate their own life and realize that they're watching a game that more likely than not in no way directly effects their life.

I find it hilarious that their backup TJ Yates came in and sucked it up too. Sucks for Yates but that's pretty karmic for those fans.

Probably one of the most classless fan behaviors since the atlanta brave beer throwing incident last year. I hate tons of athletes like lebron james, tony romo and justin verlander and I like when fans and players give them a hard time, but i'd never be happy if they get injured.

I saw this on ESPN earlier today, I can't believe what a bad fan base they have. They were in the playoffs the last few years, and they are cheering when the main reason they got there gets hurt? That's just low. They don't deserve to be at a game if they are going to act like that. Hell, they shouldn't have a team if they are going to cheer against them.

When I read about how quickly karma returned the favor I felt a mild sense of satisfaction. I suppose to many bad drunks in one stadium.

At least they weren't like the 49ers fan at candlestick. A players gets carted off and the entire stadium starts doing the wave. I just want to punch everybody in that stadium.
