I'll be one of the four people to actually post a complaint here. Jeez people lighten up. It's not like we're punching walls here. -_-

So yeah, people need to lighten up. I hate it that there are certain people that I can't even curse around without them telling me off. These are 19 year old adults, and they're offended by the word "ass". Really? I don't curse that much. In fact, I think y tongue is way cleaner than most. So when i get told off for cursing once during a conversation it pisses me off because the group right next to me won't stop talking about "getting it in" and "fucking bitches". <-- This is what's offensive. So before you start complaining about me calling my professor a jackass, complain to the people who are doing the real damage.

This thread is all about posting complaints for a sympathetic ear.
It's normal and needs to be embraced as a positive thing because it's a valid view point.
and It's healthy to let it all out.

Some people even complain about having to hear other people complaining.
I think we can do better than that.
Let your inner critic go nuts.

Bonus points for unimportant details and a comparison with an earlier situation.

I'll start.

Twinnings earl grey isn't real earl grey because it has bergamont flavoring instead of real bergamont.
The percentage of the flavoring has decreased, too I have a tin that boasts 4.5% flavoring and the new stuff is 3.5%
other teas have upto 1.5% and the lose leaf has even less than the tea bags.

YOU again!!!!!

The spinach we all know and our mothers forced us to eat as a kid is actually alien excrement. Fact. But this is the highest level of alien conspiracy, so it is very hard to prove.

Clever, huh?

Ok, here's one. What's with people saying someone is wrong? Because technically, when you look at it, everything is an opinion and I found a video of a guy who pretty much summed this up.

This guy had been playing an online game with some other guys and claimed one of the things in it was 'broken'. They got upset and one of them said 'well it's only broken in your opinion' as if adding 'in my opinion' at the end would've changed what he was saying and made it completely acceptable.

The guy who'd told him to say 'in your opinion' said that it would've changed his statement, because then, him saying it was broken wouldn't have made it sound like he was saying it was a fact and his comparison was a fact would be 'water is wet'.

Technically you could argue that water isn't wet and that it's something completely different. I and everyone else probably agree's that water is in fact wet, but it only is if you believe the people who said it was wet in the first place.

Another example would be 1+1=2. Now that only applies if you follow the rules of mathematics that humans created in the first place. It might be something completely different in truth. Who knows, maybe I just sound like a crazy person.

Yeah. Jet engines are just imaginary contraptions built on opinions, not mechanical theory. And the computers we use to post messages with, are just a jumble of unproven claims. And mathematics isn't verifiable truth, it's just something we 'invented' not discovered because like you said, before humans came along nothing added up correctly. Five bananas would grow on a tree, but sadly, there were only zero of them and all the monkeys starved to death because they couldn't agree on the objective truth of the number of fruits on hand.

Eh, I guess it all just depends on how you look at it. Sorry that I frustrated you to point of going off on a sarcastic rant.
