Hey there, newly registered on the forums. My Ipod has been playing the Naruto Shippuden Crunchyroll app fine for quite a time, but since the new update, I cannot get into the app, I get a msg pop up saying Error Unauthenticated Request. I have attempted all the simple ways of fixing the problem, (hard boots, soft boots, deleting and redownloading, but nothing seems to fix the problem, If anyone knows the way to fix this, I would be grateful.

I'm also an iOS user, so I had a few questions for you on this, which will probably help support get you up and running faster.

You're on version 2.16 of the app, I assume, from July 30th? I'm pretty sure that's the latest in the app store.
What type of iPod Touch are you using? And what version of iOS are you on?
If you log out of your account on your iPod, do you still have the same problem?

(I'm on an iPod Touch 4, using version 2.16, on iOS 6.1.3, and it just worked for me, logged in or not, for example)

This issue is specific to the Show branded apps.
If you download the Crunchyroll App you shouldn't encounter this issue.
