No. I wear costumes all the time at cons so Halloween is one of the night I don't.

I wear cat ears every year for Halloween. That's pretty much it. I always get a few "Nice Ears!" every year. For some reason, I love hearing that! Part of the reason I only wear cat ears is because I work in an office and don't want a costume to interfere with my job. Cat ears get the job done. Well--that and I sleep until the last possible minute and only have time to grab my ears anyway!

Up until I was 6-7, I did. Then, after my mom became involved with my stepdad, we stopped celebrating Halloween because of his religious beliefs. He stopped thinking that Halloween and magic are evil years ago, but I've pretty much lost all interest in celebrating Halloween, anyway. I realized that when I was little, I was only really interested in the candy, costumes, and having fun with my family. As I got older, the more I realized that I didn't want to visit other people's houses for treats. I also discovered buying my own candy whenever I want, and that most Halloween costumes (and props) that I see at stores are rather lame. I can always cosplay and whatnot. As for the scares...? I learned that I can enjoy them all year, too.

In other words, I stopped designating Hallween-esque (horror, costumes, candy, etc...) elements for Halloween, so I grew bored of it. I do participate in and enjoy Fall activities, though. Just not Halloween itself.
