No, but it does make me feel like I wasted my teenage years doing nothing.

I would have to say that anime doesn't make me feel old, my often stiff knees from years of playing school/rec league soccer make me feel old.

If the story is good I can get into it regardless of character age unless the activities in the show are too outlandish or break immersion too much. I'm enjoying Non Non Biyori right now and those characters are pushing two decades younger than me, wait now I feel old.

No?

Having wrinkles make me feel old. I'm only 24, but I already have those smile wrinkles, a little bit visible...

But I'm a child at heart.

This is beginning to bother me a little to be honest.

Golden Time, they are at least late late teens to early 20s given the college setting.

Complaining about all the bad anime makes me feel like a crotchety old man.

Especially those that unnecessarily force a school setting, such as Unbreakable Machine-Doll.

Yes! This is exactly how it makes me feel, just couldn't find the right words before.

yes and no. Yes because all the characters are often painfully young and no, because content is usually beyond that of your typical teenager. I insist on usually and anyone that argues with me is wrong because it's my opinion

Sometimes, when I'm watching an anime about teenagers doing what teenagers do, I start to remember my teenage years and I kind of feel like I'm right there having fun alongside them; then I remember that the characters are actually a fair bit younger than me, and that's when I start to feel old.

No, anime doesn't make me feel old. My arthritic back, my aging children, and any number of other things make me feel old! Anime, if anything, makes me feel young. It certainly makes my wife think I'm immature... Wait... that's not a good thing, is it...

This question makes me think of one of the most loaded questions in the history of the world: Does this dress make me look fat? No matter what, if you are asked that, never, EVER reply: The dress? No, not the dress...

LOL
