I go on other sites to watch anime and not care if it's legal or illegal.
I gotta enjoy my shows.

To support the anime industry and licensing, I always use legal streaming sites. While Crunchyroll is my favorite, I also subscribe to Hulu+ and Netflix streaming, and I sometimes use Funimation.com on the rare occasion. If there's anime I'm interested in seeing that isn't on any of those sites (and there's a lot of good shows that aren't), I borrow the DVD's from my rich anime-loving friends, who always pre-order tons of shows anyway.

I'm staunchly against downloading, but I will stream fansubs (even though that's technically also a download, albeit a temporary one) when I want to see a series that I can't easily view otherwise.

I also try to avoid streaming series that are licensed in the west. But if there's no other legal stream available I will sometimes go that route. I'll try to find a series on Funimation (ugh crappiness) or Hulu (ugh ads) before resorting to fansubs if CR doesn't have something I want to watch.

I absolutely avoid streaming pirated dubs though, that feels more like stealing to me than fansubs since with fansubs at least they (used to) have an effect of generating interest in obscure series that would otherwise not be able to be seen by people over here.

And as far as discs are concerned, I really don't have a lot of money to burn; I'm an otaku on a budget. So I only buy discs for series that I seriously love and feel a need to own.

Luckily Crunchyroll is here to cheaply fill the majority of my anime needs legally, and ad free.

i use other legal streaming site like funimation, hulu and netflix. And if i can't find it there i buy it on DVD... RARELY Do i ever use illegal sites unless I'm trying to watch a really long anime that would be beyond expenses to buy and i have no desire to own it at all

I use torrents and shitty, questionably legal streams.

First off, I'll admit that I torrented very nearly all the anime I watched before Crunchyroll, mostly due to watching a lot of shows that were unlicensed at the time. Nowadays I first check Crunchyroll, then try to find an alternative legal streaming site. If I don't find one that works, I try to find the series cheap on DVD, and if all else fails, torrents.

Voted Torrents/newsgroups/Direct downloads, since I've had problems with other legal streaming sites either due to functionality issues or region restrictions, and the DVD market for anime is nearly non-existent locally.

If not Crunchyroll, then Hulu, then Netflix, then Pirate if all else fails.

Hell Yeah! Same here!

Note: If most legal sites didn't run the CENSORED version of most everything then I would feel different. But make me pay or watch commercials for CENSORED anime isn't gonna happen!

Too much anime get UN-FUN-imationed

If there's something I really want to watch that's not on here, I usually can find it on Hulu.

With so many legal choices, such as Funimation.com, Vizanime.com, crackle.com, daisuki.net, hulu.com, theanimenetwork.com, aniplexusa.com where legal streams can be found!
