beat me to it. although, in their defense their service has gotten a lot better lately (as opposed to waiting 30min for a video to end up failing to load on their roku app).

still. crunchyroll is awesome as hell in every way possible. yes i've been having a TINY bit of trouble the past 2 days but i just wait 5min and have no more trouble for the next 5hrs. i am willing to hit a couple bumps every now and again to have the beautiful streaming and convenient service crunchyroll offers.

Ok so... I run commando & malwarebytes .. plus I use other programs every few months. I don't go to websites I don't trust.... I'm not a huge computer nerd but I built my computer

Many people here have solved streaming problems by switching their DNS. If you're unfamiliar with doing that, I'm sure support could help you.

I'd also like to say that I think you're incredibly wrong-minded in your approach for asking for help. The Crunchyroll support staff are quite helpful and try very hard to assist users who are having issues. Throwing out obscenities and accusations of theft before even attempting to go through the proper support channels is both immature and rude.

I get problems every now and then, but I dont take it out on CR. Although it does suck when they blame something on our end every time.

Typically I would never lock and close a thread like this. It is clear you are having issues with streaming on the site and you deserve to get help like every other user of the site. However you not only posted in the wrong forum but your posts in this thread have been rude and abusive not only to the CR site but to many of the users who responded to your post as well.

So first I am shutting this thread down because it has long sense crossed a line and there is far too many uses of profanity, insults, and flames in this for it to be salvageable. Secondly I suggest you actually listen to some of the other users, in all honesty the site is working fine. The odds are very very good that the issue is related to your internet connection.

That said I encourage you to go to this link and contact the official support department with details on what is going on. Specific episode titles, speedtest results, info on your isp and your package with them, etc etc. They can then look at that information and use it to give you informed feedback on the issue and give you the assistance you need to hopefully see a resolution. If it does somehow turn out to be a CR issue this will also help them find it and ultimately fix it.
