well if you look at bra's.. They are there to support the weight that the breasts are having on your back,
Maybe he had lots of excess fat there? or maybe he had a disease that made him have bigger breasts than a male should? Or maybe "he" was in fact, a woman -.-

I'm sorry what non-event was this about again?

I am sorry, but this is just insulting the OP. If something is weird it's weird and it's perfectly fine to react to that. If somebody is blind there is nothing wrong with people being a lot more aware of them. And if this person - be male or female - fascinated/disgusted/anything else somebody, it's perfectly fine if he asks about it. The important thing is how you would treat that person - in a fair and good way -. That would still be different from how you treat somebody who looks normal, nothing wrong with that in principle. What you're doing is declaring that nobody is allowed to interact with this world anymore except if they hurt you (facepalm) . Sorry, but it's just incredibly wrong what you're doing, because going down your path none of us would have learned about gynecomastia (not saying that was it, cause people with these kind of things tend to become entirely 'immune' to stares) and all we would become is mindless robots of a individualized society where nobody cares about truth and the world anymore, but only about personal equilibria and their own little life. Don't be afraid to judge other people and treat them by your own morals, nothing wrong with having morals. Do take measure though to not judge till you know people's story (and that's why it's important to know about for example a lot of illnesses), but stay clear of just considering everything ok as long as it doesn't affect you, because that's a route that leads you and society as a whole to destruction.

(Sorry for the too serious post, possibly papagolfwhiskey was just trolling and I fell for it a child, but had to reply)

There is condition called Gynecomastia where men will actually develop breast tissue, some even lactate. It's possible he could just be coping with legitimate medical condition. Btw they do make compression bras for men who have this issue.

This what 2 minutes on Google turned up.

Well, that IS strange but not a big deal. I've seen much weirder things. Everything from a car parking on its side to cops going shirtless on top of a Krispy Kreme doughnut shop. As long as he wasn't giving dirty looks to people, just let him be.

Besides, there are people who like dressing in the opposite gender's clothes for many reasons and not just for cross dressing. I personally prefer getting oversized guy's shirts instead of girls. I also like boy shorts instead of panties because they are more comfortable (don't judge me -____-). There are also guys (without moobs) who wear bras to support their back. Then there's the manties....well, I don't know what to say about that one...but I think I got my point across.

I can see how this would be creepy.

That aside, speculating on why he had enlarged mammary glands could be interesting.

Maybe he underwent surgery which required hormone treatment, and effectively underwent puberty twice.

Maybe He was actually a She who changed sexes but didn't have her breasts reduced.

Maybe his family was being held hostage, and their captors forced him to undergo surgery and then wear women's undergarments in public as a ransom before allowing them to go free.

Maybe he was abducted and experimented on by aliens.

Maybe the lizard-men in the center of the earth controlling the shadow government controlling the government sent a undercover junior secret agent into the field in preparation for their global takeover.

Maybe he really likes wearing women's clothing.

The world may never know.

Yeah, everyone who wears bras are weirdos, and everyone who stare at them are creepy perverts. That much has been general knowledge for many years. Now you know how men feel.

Good for him. For all we know, he could be taking lessons from Hawkeye Pierce from M*A*S*H, who pulls stunts to see if anyone notices... In an effort to stay sane.

Don't harp on the poor man just 'cause he needs some support. I've seen men who could do well to wear a bra. But usually, it's mostly due to excess weight. This dude sounds like he may have a medical condition and is self-conscious about it, worrying about people who will judge him for things he can't control, and then those same people posting internet forum topics about him and his misfortune.

(I mean no offense to you, OP. I'm kind of joking.)

The guy wasn't overweight. He was smaller then me really. I dont want to sound like some bad guy..I think I was more concerned than bothered. I dont know why but the guy was on my mind most of the day.

As others have pointed out, there is a medical condition called gynecomastia that causes the enlargement of breast tissue on males. It's caused by an imbalance of testosterone and estrogen. I recall an episode of Doc Martin (British dramedy) where two men in the village displayed this symptom after sleeping with a women who excessively used an estrogen gel. Good episode.

And, yeah, I can understand being a little shaken by something that you're not used to seeing. What kind of area do you live in, if you don't mind me asking? Because down here in the city, this is mere child's play. You see some crazy shit walking down the streets.
