Going off topic a bit but, any advice for a Lancer Evo owner? I'm pretty tired of my "ex"-boyfriends kit on my lancer, I want something new. As for this, well...I'm not a big fan of it too...I guess..

I guess anything is fine as long as you don't take it out of its class and put it on a different make. That is ricey.

Nah dude, fnck what others say. Silvia conversions are sick. They're one of the most common front end conversions that looks good. And besides, it's YOUR car and money. Yea.. Mixing different makes isn't a good idea. Yep.

well thats where you fail, conversions are personal opinions... i have 2 240's and i hate silvia conversion and my s13 still has its flip up light... and my zenki s14 still has its zenki headlights

imo silvia conversions suck (only did taillight)...

i have flip-up lights on my 240...i hate silvia front...i think it looks ugly...but thats my opinion... and i have kouki tails on both s13 and s14.. lol

there are couple conversions i like.... on a s13 coupe a s14 kouki front end or a s14 kouki front on a s13 converitble is pretty pimp too

yah i like the jdm front on the integ

It's their money, so they can do whatever they want to. I rather just get the authentic one than a look-alike.

You can get S15's in the states easily. ^_^

correction

Importing isn't as easy as filling out paperwork and placing an order.. people check it over and get to choose if its okay for import if not your out alot of money and a car.

yes true, also they do a crash test on one shipment of the car (assuming the cars are same) and i dont really want to take the time to explain how it actually works butmy friend works at rbmotoring, and i have an acquantince who used to work at motorex...

oh I know of RBmotoring, it actually sponsors a canadian skyline forum.. anyway why did Motorex lie about the crash test on the paperwork, wasn't it already barely passing without changing the information?

yah, most of those cars didnt pass...heres one of many reasons....radiator support or the crash bar that goes infront of your radiator..and if you dont have that in the states its illegal (although they cant really tell)
and also motorex was shady (they were stealing cars from japan and importing them) *from different source over the internet* so when we got it in the U.S. they were stolen...
