Ever noticed how some hairstyles along with the color(sometimes) give a character some sort of "personality".

Do you know any characters with the share same hairstyle/color along with personality?
List their names, the name of the series, and show a picture.

Here is my examples by picture:

Let me know if a thread like this one exist.
Thanks a bunches.

One example is
Anime : Zatch Bell! (Konjiki no Gash!)
Characters : Zeno Bell & Zatch (Gash) Bell

My best example though would be
Anime : Hunter x Hunter
Characters : Gon & Killua

Brown hair denotes a boring, "everyman" character. This is the character that viewers are mean to sympathize with and enter the fictional world through. They are often level-headed and surrounded by eccentric people. As seen in: Hachiken in Silver Spoon, Kazuya in Gosick, Mai in Ghost Hunt, Yuki in Vampire Knight. Black hair is also sometimes used for this.

Gon's hair always looked dark green to me.

Generic characters?

Pretty much. I was trying to be nicer about it.

I've never paid attention to the meanings behind hairstyle and hair colour, to be honest.

But if there's one character that made me pay attention to it, it's Gintoki from Gintama. The interesting thing is that they've made this character's hair curly (it doesn't look curly in the animation), but he was teased many times by his sidekicks for having curly hair.

Which is sort of a representation of reality; because most Asian men have straight hair, if you're male with curly hair, you often get teased a lot for being "different". Not teased in a bullying way, but you know, people will make a remark about, "Oh wow, your hair is so curly!" every so often.

I can relate to that character in that way, I suppose, since my hair is curly, and growing up, my peers never fail to make a remark about my curly hair.

What was I trying to say? I often get lost in my thoughts and branch out off-topicly to other subjects. *sigh*

Yeah, anyway, in some of the Gintama episodes, they replaced Gintoki with a straight-haired character and showed us what's it's like if Gintoki had straight hair instead of curly hair.

It's a really fascinating anime, it's hard to understand it if you don't understand the little things of Asian cultures.
