This is awesome but I checked and not all the chapters are up yet. I understand it takes time to put them up but I don't want to start reading from the latest chapter. I'll check back on the manga section next month to see what's up then, besides my new PS4 is going to keep me occupied for the entire month

Just imagine watching Anime, Drama and reading manga on a all in one PS4 app. I really wouldn't mind if you guys stole my idea

It's great that Crunchyroll is adding Manga, but I don't know how I feel about having to purchase an all access pass for it. I'm really not a fan of the drama, so to be paying $40 a year extra just to access some manga seems rather pointless to me. $10 - $20? Sure, but not $40.

The manga viewer is not really great, and the quality is not either. Also the chapters are old... I remember Fandom had a viewer like that which people hated. It's great your adding manga to the site but Quality and how it's viewed matters.

The reader seems good for people with tablets, but I think most Crunchyroll users access the site mainly from their PC, and not everyone has or wants a tablet (myself included). As it stands now, the pages appear too small on the PC which makes reading some of the chapters rather difficult.
What would be nice would be if there were several different reading formats for people to choose from. This service just started, so I'm guessing there will be plenty of changes to come to make it better, but until the reader changes and more titles are added I don't think I'll be upgrading to All-Access just yet.

Edit: I know you can zoom in on the pages, but the reader box itself is too small on the PC, especially with the double page layout. Having to zoom in and manually move the pages with the cursor is really annoying and slow. I'd rather have the scroll wheel move the pages up and down or even zoom in and out instead of switching pages.
Going fullscreen helps, but I don't feel like I should have to go fullscreen just so I can read the words on a 22-inch monitor.

Is there a good place to offer ideas and feed back about the online manga reader and app?

for the PC reader you could go to the Suggestions/Feedback help forum. For the app either Android or iOS & Apple TV.

Yes! Let's give money to those who deserve it and view the manga legally!

I have a question. A lot of the manga look like they are really incomplete. For example, all I see for A Town Where You Live is volume 24. Is that because I'm not an all-access member yet, or is it because they don't have the chapters and perhaps won't be uploading them at all? It's a manga that I'm interested in but no way will I jump in at volume 24...

I'm an all access member, and it's just volume 24. I have it favored on my manga app, but didn't realize it was only one volume, and most likely the latest one at that. Don't really like starting a series at the latest chapter. But seeing as how they just released a whole new manga service. It'll take some time to get everything how they want it.

Will the free add supported issues be available via apps like the ipad app? or will that strictly be for the paying readers?

My review so far:

I am really impressed with the manga mobile app. I'm really liking the "guide through panel" feature. You guys should look into incorporating that into the website interface as well! However, I wish it was easier to swipe through the panels (since I can't figure out the swiping method I just use the back and forth arrow keys. You should have arrow keys in the landscape mode as well because at the moment it can only be used in portrait view).

Good job! I am currently really enjoying "My Wife is Wagatsuma-San." Looking forward to a wider selection. Keep it up!
