In my sleep. I would hate the concept of going to bed with stuff I had to do the next day and not being able to do 'em.

The worst way to die is to die a death without honour, not worthy of song. To be doomed to live in dishonour within the gates of Gre'thor forever tortured by Fek'lhr never to see the halls of Sto-vo-kor.

I once read a story and saw a picture of this guy, he got ran over by a car and cut in half. (I would post it, but i'd prob get banned)

However, while that may be a sucky way to die, i mean if you were alive for part of it, and could see your own insides all over the ground, panicing about it, and what to do before bleeding out. Its not the pain that would suck, its the fact that you would go into extreme panic mode in the last moments seeing yourself in shambles and knowing that this is the end, and feeling powerless to prevent it.

I'm sure theres worse ways, and for me that's not the worst. i think for me the worse is to die the day before i get to do some thing i wanted to do. Then i'd regret not doing it sooner!

I don't know if it's been said already, but drowning. The feeling of your lungs being filled with water and not being able to do anything about it. Adrenaline or shock wouldn't do much to help you either because you aren't necessarily feeling pain.

The worst way to die is knowing you had the ability to do something to help others and decided not to.

watching your loved ones be slowly murdered then having your arms and legs chopped off and being left in a forest or desert to die slowly

Being flayed alive is a pretty bad way to die. You bleed out slowly and the pain would probably be indescribable. Not to mention what you'd think if you could see yourself. Being flayed and left to die in a room full of mirrors.

Death by chemical burns from things like mustard gas is also pretty bad. Medics can't even touch you or bandage you because the slightest touch will send pain screaming through your body. Inhaling it would also burn the insides of your lungs, and if it covers 50% of your body, you will almost surely die. It can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks. You'll also suffer from nasty infections as the blisters and sores open and don't heal.

I also saw one instance in which an unconscious man was encased in a barrel of fresh concrete with only his head sticking out. He woke up and couldn't move since it had begun to set. Concrete in its wet state can also cause nasty burns on the skin. The pressure from the hardening concrete and the inability to relieve himself must have also been awful. He died after 3 days when the people who did it to him got tired of keeping him alive and just shot him to get it over with. They were apparently passing time by throwing pebbles and stuff at his head when he was immobile.

I'm sure being burned alive would suck, but at least there's a chance that you'll pass out from inhaling the smoke and remain that way as the flames consume you. You probably won't be feeling pain for too long. Even if you stayed awake, the nerves get destroyed and you no longer feel it after a while. I think chemical burns have the potential to be much more agonizing.
