So, I paid for a one month manga subscription this morning, and I'm still being sent to an account comparison screen. I was wondering if anyone else is having this problem, and if there is anything that can be done about it. Also, the subscription plan is showing up alongside my anime membership on the account settings screen. That should mean its working, right?

Right now your profile shows that you are an Anime Member. Were you already an Anime Member, and then purchased just a manga subscription? Or were you a free user who just purchased a manga subscription?

If you were already an Anime member, I think what you would have needed to do for the manga part to kick in right away, is upgrade to All-Access.

I suggest using the Contact Us to contact support directly to get it straightened out.

Hey, thanks for the response, and I actually did purchase a manga subscription while being an anime member. For some reason, I thought I could have both active at the same time.

What about if you have an anime membership then halfway through the monthly account period upgrade to all-access? I did this so I could have access to the manga but despite the payment for all-access going through, still can't access the manga. Is it because I effectively have two memberships running on the same account at the same time or something.
I have emailed support and am waiting for a response.

According to your account page, you're still an Anime Member. The upgrade page (for a yearly membership) states you should have "instant" access to additional content, but it may take a few hours to reflect the change.

If you contacted support in the last day, you may not hear anything back until Monday morning, PST.

Took a bit more than Monday but they sorted it out. Support lines from other companies could learn a thing from the Crunchyroll people. Thanks guys.
