Try logging out and logging back in. Also, if u are using a proxy or anything, you'll want to not use them. xD

I do not use proxy servers, I've also tried logging out and logging back in over 10 times and restarting my modem and router both and waiting for like 3 minutes. There has been no change.

What browser?

Internet Exploder: Try opening an inprivate session

Chrome: Try an incognito session

see if you replicate the issue. If it works properly, then you have a cookie problem.

If it doesn't work, we will continue from there.

I use Google chrome, I just tried using an incognito tab but I got the same problem. In my security settings my cookie settings are defaulted to medium risk. should I try turning to low risk or even off?

I just tried changing my cookie settings to off but that failed, and changing them to block all cookies but that failed too.

It's possible that we need to update our GeoIP lists. I'll ping Ops on this.
