I get into the manga section click on a chapter to view and takes me to the billing plan page. Currently have the black friday all access membership and was told there was a bug with it but its been over a week and still no access an help?

If u don't receive any help by the time u read this, I'd recommend sending a message to Customer Support thru the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of any CR web page.

Hi,

Can you give a try now and see if the issue is solved? I believe it was a problem with the type of membership. While it was an All-Access membership, it wasn't updated to include the recently added Manga plan. I did some changes so it should all be fine now.

As of Friday evening Manga is working with my Black Friday subscription. This was on a Android tablet. Thanks for getting this fixed.

I am having the same problem. I keep getting sent to the billing page.

I bought the All-Access Premium Membership on Black Friday, and was a paying anime-only Premium member before that. I too sent a message to Customer Support and have received no answer after several days.

I think my All-Access membership begins on Dec. 11 (when my last anime-only paid month expires), but shouldn't I be able to read the free manga like everyone else before then?

Would appreciate a response from Customer Support - thanks.

Your current Anime Membership runs until 12/11/13. After that the 1 year All-Access Membership you purchased will kick in!

First question:
Should the manga be readable to everybody no matter if you are a non-registered reader, non-paying member, or paying member? And please do not link me to the manga news post. That one doesn't give a clear answer. Out of those three options, state clearly which one is it.
Should make sense because your anime is free to watch even if not registered.

Question two:
Why the eff is the manga section showing only blank white, no matter where I click.
