I don't know about outside of Australia, but here, they've announced the release date of the first volume to Sword Art Online! If there are any Australians who are fans of this like myself, are you going to get this once released? = )

I would, but if only the prices weren't too damn high. I mean, it's only the first part of Aincrad, for 33 dollars!? You can get the whole series of Soul Eater for $60. And, we need to get four of these?

Sorry for that rant, but I hate the prices of anime dvd's sometimes. So, I'm not really going to get this, unless the price drops within the next few years.

I can see your point, well I guess I am a spendthrift and I always enjoy buying lots of dvd parts of an anime rather than 1 huge case with the whole series. But yeah it is pretty pricey

Are you sure that looks like the official release? Looks kinda fishy to me... The characters on the cover look like they were drawn by different people than those within the show.

(Scared because I've bought a bootleg before)

Looks official to me, it's been advertised on two of the most popular store websites to buy the offical dvd's from

it's a little ironic that you don't have the dvd because all anime dubs (outside the usa) go though Australia.

4 dvds that are each about £15..... O_o £60.

It wouldn't really be a bootleg, since its from one of the most popular electronic stores in Australia. Also, it also looks like the original authors kinda of drawing, doesn't it?

I've also once bought a bootleg before, but it was my fault. I should never trust Sunday markets ever again. At least it was $5 dollars though, so I'm cool.
