I have to say, I was pretty blown away. Some may argue that it could have been longer, but the entire episode felt coherent in comparison to others!

Oh it was better than coherent. Like I said, the only thing I find disappointing about it is that it wasn't Kyouske getting his ass beat down. At least maybe that's coming. I wouldn't be nice about it. In fact he needs a real all out "befriending".

This episode in comparison to the others has been a lot better. It was a lot easier to understand the story and it showed it from both sides as well which I liked. The only thing this episode is missing is this:

Unfortunately the image you're trying to attach cannot be seen. Would you be able to upload it to the album?

Oops ^^;

I've updated it now, they kind of showed the scene of it happening but they didn't show how the first non-masato he sees is Rin. Which is what the picture represents.

So this weeks episode I thought was great, it captured all the great scenes from Kengo's route. It was missing the "LAWRENCE!" scene however it works fine without it.
You see Kengo develop as a character and what he is willing to do for his friends and how much he just wants to protect them. It's parts like this which is what made me enjoy Kengo as the best male character.

Semi-spoiler below (If you've got a good guess of what's going on then it's not much of a spoiler)

Episode 11 went along very nicely. Watching it was quite the experience. They definitely done it right - then again it's nearly impossible to do it wrong.

This episode went way too fast. Episode 12 would have had more of an impact on me if I didn't know how this was going to end.

Sometimes I wish that I hadn't played the game ahead of time..

but this segment is going along a bit smoother than it did in the VN simply because of the way you had to beat the game. I have no complaints!

As someone who hasn't played the game, this has been an emotional roller-coaster. I can't see that they've made any missteps. I've been pissed off, upset, flabbergasted... this time I was in the position of not being able to watch the crash happen. The sound was bad enough. And right now, I'm like Rin and Riki both. I can't accept this outcome. There has to be a way out of this.

Indeed. Everyone's going to have their opinions, and no matter what, things had to get cut since it was a 24 minutes to summarize nearly 2 hours worth of content, but this group leader has no complaints.

Impressively enough, when it comes to Refrain, the only time I was ever disappointed was when they decided to skip the entire segment when they escaped. I guess it's not completely relevant to the big picture, but it was still a letdown.

And so there it is. The strength to "go on without" becomes the strength to save everyone. Makes you wonder if that's the real secret to this world.

There was no urgency in the rescue scene, it ticked me off.

Yes there was. "Urgency" wasn't the point, it was more in "you can do this". I watch anime for exactly this reason. In the US, everything has to have "urgency", but what they often do in Japan (and do very well in my opinion), is present the drama of people exceeding their abilities and pulling off something difficult. I started crying when I saw Rin running back down the hill with the makeshift stretcher. That's where your urgency is. Will Rin break somewhere and not be able to continue? Will Riki collapse with a bout of Narcolepsy? The weakest characters where the ones that saved the day. That's pretty damn cool, every day.

So sorry, I don't agree with you at all.
