Here is an example of an ass on the internet: Not Minding your Own Business.

(user A) Posts: Marvel comics are better than DC comics.

(user B ) Posts: No way, Dc comics are better the Marvel comics.

(user C ) Posts: You guys are idiots, Vertigo Comics are better than both combined.

Result: User A and User B are in a clean argument, people do this sort of thing all the time, but then user C drops in and sees the conflict. Instead of minding his own businesses and staying out of the argument he becomes a third wheel and decides to change the subject from Marvel Vs. DC. Not only has user C changed the subject but he has also taken the dignity from the clean argument with his immature name calling, making him an internet ass. Dont be a user C there is no need to to meddle in the affairs of others and resort to name calling.

Thank you for reading internet advice, making the internet a better place.

On the one hand these posts of wisdom aren't set up much for discussion, but on the other hand folks seem to have had fun with the last one, so we've left it open.

However, there is no reason you can't simply add this "Lesson 2" to your existing thread. Just make it a new post there (and you can even edit your first post to give a link to the new post, --get the post-specific URL by clicking on "Permalink" once you've saved the new post.

Anyway, I'm locking and closing this one. (I'll also change the description in your first one so you can keep adding lessons for discussion there and it's clear you've got more than one "lesson" to give.
