Hey,
Would really like to be able to preload a set of anime and manga while I'm on my home network so I can watch or read while out and about without having to rely on my 3G connection (works sometimes but not as much as I'd like).

I've noticed the manga app is not keeping the account logged in all the time, would also like to see that.

CR isn't a download and watch it later type of service. I've not ever heard of any plans for them to become that, but you never know, I suppose...

Yeap Asharka hit the nail on the head. CR is purely a streaming service, it does not support pre downloading or even caching a whole video then watching it later. In the past you could cache an entire episode then just start it when you were ready but due to the various rules, anti piracy considerations, and requests of providers this can no longer be done.

Basically if you want to watch a show on CrunchyRoll you need to be there to watch it live.

Thanks for the info, I generally do watch it "live" but some times when going to and from work on the bus it doesn't like to load.

Just thought I'd ask.

Netflix has overcome this problem and allowed preloading of videos to mobile devices only, kinda hard to go hack in that, so i'd like to see crunchy roll with the times and allow this.
