WARNING: Mods this is not a complaint this is simply a thread to see what people though of my experience on crunchyroll. Since there is no suitable place for this i simply put it on general discussion.
So today i finally got a thread that was going good with over 2 pages of people talking about life and philosophy. Guess what happened it was locked.
FOR WHAT REASON? well apparently i duplicated which i certainly did not. Here is mine:http://www.crunchyroll.com/forumtopic-827573/we-are-all-gonna-die?pg=1#44869529
Here is what i "Duplicated"http://www.crunchyroll.com/forumtopic-827109/on-dealing-with-unsettling-thoughts
AS YOU CAN SEE 2 totally different THINGS. AGAIN NOT A COMPLAINT MATES.
last time i checked talking about a topic but in a completely different sense in not against the rules. HERE ARE THE RULES MODS:

2. Crunchyroll’s forums are PG-13. Please keep this in mind when selecting your avatar as well as sharing information in your profile, forum threads & groups.

4. Multiple accounts are not allowed.

6. Don’t Spam (including chainletters). Chainletters are not to be circulated.
7. Please be respectful of other users. Common courtesy, “please” and “thank you” go a long ways.
8. Please try to use the appropriate forum for your thread. Please refrain from creating duplicate/personal/help/VS. threads.
9. Type legibly. Avoid posting multiple images, double posting or creating quote pyramids.
10. Always report bugs you experience on Crunchyroll to the Staff
11. Only Submit Valid Information To Crunchyroll’s Library
12. Only Premium Members can suggest Anime/Drama/Music
13. When in doubt, use common sense!

This is being closed because it's a personal thread.

Regarding the other thread that was closed: We mods are open to hearing from users who feel we've misundertood their posts, and can be persuaded to change our minds sometimes. I'm unable to follow up on this further at the moment but will refer it to the other mods for a second opinion.

locked and closed

Okay, so a few things.

1: There is no place to post a complaint about the moderators or actions they took in the forums because you aren't supposed to place it in the forums in the first place. You either PM the mod or go to the bottom of any page on the site, look under "Support", and click on "Contact Us". That puts you in touch with the CR support staff who are basically the "bosses" of the mods for lack of a better term. So yeah, this thread has been locked and closed, rightly so even.

2: While your earlier thread and the suggested thread are not exact duplicates they are very similar. You posted a statement that was, in short, 'Life is Meaningless". The other thread asked "Have you ever had thoughts about how insignificant your life is?". There is an obvious co relation between those topics. Are they exact duplicates, no, but they are pretty darn close.

3: In the end I am backing Lorreen's decision. Why? Like I said, the two topics aren't exact duplicates but they are so close they may as well be. Also the other thread was not a statement, it was a post talking about a life experience then asking if other users had similar thoughts and how they dealt with them. It leaves far more room for discussion beyond "I agree" or "I don't agree", and it encourages that discussion with it's OP. Your thread... well it is simply you blankly posting what you feel is fact and does not encourage conversation in any way. It reads more like a tweet or a blog post than a forum thread.

If you want to repost your thread feel free. I do humbly suggest you write a more welcoming OP that encourages discussion though and to phrase your post in a way that is less of a "status update" and more like a conversation. Regardless I do thank you for using CR and hope you keep having fun with the site + forums!
