Is there a way to strech 480p to 16:9?
I'm currently watching reborn, but the first episodes are only avilable in 480p (I think 4:3) So i have big black bars on the left and right side of the video.

I can't address whether or not CR can do that, but I'm kind of baffled as to why you'd want to do that. I find black space on either side of my video to be far preferable to the distortion that would happen by stretching the image.

You can do this if you use a television set instead of a computer monitor. But you should feel bad for doing it.

First of all, since I haven't watched Reborn!, and since it sounds like you're familiar with the standard 4:3 and 16:9 aspect ratios... do these episodes look like they are natively supposed to be in 4:3, or do they look like the picture has been squashed from 16:9 to 4:3? If it's being squashed, that sounds like something CR needs to fix. If it's 4:3 naturally and you're just wanting to stretch it (WHY???) you'll need to do that by tinkering with the settings of your viewing device.

Seems like there is no easy way of doing this.
Here is a picture of how it looks:
I think streching 4:3 to 19:9 is better than having black bars.
I'll just watch the few episodes i have left with black bars then.

So you really believe purposely distorting the image is better than having areas of the screen unused?

Are you using a computer monitor or are you watching this on a regular TV? If it's a standard modern TV, you can stretch it fairly easily. You'll find ratio adjustments in your on screen menu... provided this is a recent TV.

/Edit... forgot... you're viewing this using CR's player.... never mind.

TV or computer monitor, stretching will probably have to be done via monitor settings. It's probably not worth the hassle actually.

Yeah, CR is displaying the episodes correctly. If it's bothering you, you'll have to adjust the width settings on your monitor.
