When I bought the $6.99 in app purchase for premium i have a problem.
It says that,
"You've already purchased this In-app purchase but it hasn't been downloaded".
I don't know how to fix this. I have logged out and logged back in, Uninstalled the app and re installed it. I had money on my account, it was 16.75 BEFORE i bought this. When i checked back it says 9.34. So it has charged me but why dont i have my premium account?
Extremely frustrated and upset.
Anyway to fix this?

Yes, problem was fixed. I guess I wasn't patient enough.

I'm having this same problem. It sent me to the App Store in the middle of the purchase to re-input my credit card's security number and then when I went back to the Crunchyroll app I started getting this same error

Any idea how long you had to wait?
