Oh I think you should add the zones when the amount of people who write the RP Info reaches 10 or so

Well first the zones im also confused r we gonna be trapped in the game as lvl 1's? cus i would like it so everyone is lvl 1 like in SAO sorta..... i think that would be fun and Susukino Akiha and the other cities then the zones can be randomly named by u and where they r like Ancient forest (between Susukino and Akiha) and etc also maybe how close the zone is and etc and guilds will be created later on thats how i think it should be.

We will start at level 1. Those people have already been playing the game, we, just started.

Leveling up is a fun process. Hopefully we could get an interesting system going on here. Ideas are appreciated but keep balance in mind.

It's not fun to lose, but it's also not fun if it isn't a challenge.

What would be challenging, but not overwhelming?

It could be, but it might be hard to start off a rp with week newb-ish characters aswell. My opinion would be to have a group vote on that.

I could make a character, but like I said before, I'm not likely to be around often enough to carry on in the story.

I actually have a question about the details of the RP as well. Is it going to be a organized-turn-based RP or random/shuffled-turn-based RP? I really like turn based RPs because no one gets left behind in them, but a random-turn-based RP can carry on more quickly and can be more fun if everyone involved is frequently active.

Just an idea, but I think that probably starting off with something simple, like making our way up to trying to fight an area boss might be good? In most starter areas in MMORPGs they have them around lvl 10-12. We could use that as our starter goal, so we can practice getting used to our characters and new abilities while killing low lvl monsters and doing beginner quests.

To make it more interesting the area boss could have a glitch or something that makes him stronger, or gives him more health, or a new attack he wasn't supposed to have, etc.?

I have a idea since the group owner may or may not participate in the RP he should decide the drops whenever a rare monster is killed and stuff to make it fair or we could have a very active person who does fair loot drops and etc and skill aquirements

I think in the anime there is a map that which shows a little bit of the japanese server's landscape and area around it. If we can reference that, it will make the zone a lot more easier to understand and authentic. We get to learn about Japanese geography as well

Perhaps when Players are Lvl 30 and above that you make lets say..... Susukino available to travel to? (zones in between) First zone: Ancient Forest Second Zone: Hands of palm or somewhere around there.....

We should get people to update their RP profile before moving along to the second zone. Of course we should set some restrictions, so no one reaches to level 90 that fast. Also I think it is also important to note that if you made a skill for a class in which you RP, you should have similar skill, doesn't have to be the same, but similar enough to other player who RP the same class as you are, or else it would be really weird. You would have a moonlight combo as one assassin while another assassin is using snake strike... Though I think it is fine however you call it, you know like the custom name, but the effect shouldn't be too far off. So maybe we can have another discussion page about possible skill sets. Using the novel and anime as reference of course, like if you are a guardian, you probably would have "Shield Bash" or "Anchor Howl" like the anime shows. Same for enchanters, assassins, monks, swashbucklers, and druids. Other classes that have yet to know their in game skills should be able to make their own with restrictions, but can further edit it if the anime or novel reference to their skills. eg. Bard's song magic, Kannagi's damage prevention, summoner's monsters, samurai's ace skills, Cleric's healing magic, and Sorcerer's destructive magic.

I'll try to get around to that circle great idea though but maybe yes everyone gets the same skill if they RP as the same class but perhaps they get it at a different level? Like moonlight combo could probably be unlocked at different levels and the game gives you skills at random?
