Bulls Testicles - I lived in Montana for a while and they're a big deal there.

There is even the Testicle Festival or the TestyFesty which is held every year in Clinton, Montana. I went and left very quickly once I got there.

Oh yeah in Sweden you sometimes also eat, Cow stomach soup... yes soup made from cow stomach... i couldnt find a picture of it though, but its ot a plesent sight xD
