As Vosmeer was running, he witness the death of one of the assassins. Vosmeer stares at the phenomenon, unwilling to miss out any information he can gather from such sacrifice. The body of assassin disintegrate into glow of blue lights while dropping a few coins that seem to be the starting coins of each adventurers. "Just like the game, nothing look different than the game, maybe more realistic than the 2D graphics", Vosmeer thought to himself. He had hope, that like the game, it was not the end for that assassin. "But where would he re-spawn if he does? He never reached any safety points."

One of the player nudged him while running and bring Vosmeer back to "reality." Vosmeer can see the outline of the city, Akihabara. He looked around to count how many people are still alive, he wasn't sure how many people have died from the monsters' assault aside from that one assassin. He can see the expressions of other players, fear and confusion all across. A couple of player though seem to be well collected such as the leading monk and a few others. Vosmeer is slightly worried about the future, namely the low level character that he currently inhabit. He has seen Bard plays, but never done so himself. The surviving chance is...worrisome, especially the usual problem of Bards on solo.

As Vosmeer allow his mind wanders, the refugees finally reached the front gate of Akihabara. Vosmeer accidentally hit the the back of monk when the monk had stopped. Vosmeer covers his nose as he surveys around. The city is in front of them, but in distance, Vosmeer can see other players as well, sharing similar expression as his comrades. Vosmeer heart sank, there are other victims?

Vosmeer signal the monk, who seem to be leading the group, gesturing him that Vosmeer is going to depart from the group. There are things Vosmeer needs to figure out before converging with others.

"This is our reality..."

Wolf clicked his teeth as he heard the sound of coins fly through the air. He wasn't strong enough to save him. Wolf clenched his fist as he began to run with the group. One of the players made another move to help escape and then respectfully bowed to the fallen comrade. Wolf noticed the Bard drift off in his mind. "Let's get out of here," Wolf softly said to the master of sound. "I'm sure... I'm sure he's alright."

Another player happened upon the running crew. He guided them to the gates of Akihabara. "The name is Amon. Is everybody okay?" the guide said.

"Wolf. Wolf Kyuuketsuki," the red eyed Monk spoke. Unlike the common thoughts of monks, this guy had a full head of black hair. The front dropped past his eyes and the back was just as long. A single stroke of blood red hair could be spotted on the back left side of his head. Standing at a monstrous 6'5", the bulky two handed sword user truly looked like a demon. Although, when that demon let out a friendly smile, his intimidation let up and it became easier to approach him.

"Leaving already?" Wolf asked the Bard. "Let's exchange info," the two handed sword user sent the Bard a friend request. "I would love to have you in my party again. In fact, I need you in my party again. I can sense a legend when I see one. And we have a remarkable team right here. When I'm a high enough level, I'll start up a guild. I want you to be one of the first members of it. What do you say?"

...

Wolf left the question up while asking the rest of the party the same thing. "I'm going to head to the town's spawn point," Wolf said after the conversation ended. "I need to make sure of something."

Algodis looked around for a moment and looked in his inventory.
"Map...map...map..where is the map?! Guess I better look around then.."
He started walking around and noticed he had no sense of direction.
"Wait...WHERE DID THE TOWN GO IM IN A FOREST NOW HOW DID THIS HAPPEN?! I need to work on my sense of direction more..."
Algodis turned his head towards the voices he heard a few feet away as he saw a few people who looked pretty trustworthy.
Algodis walked up to them and asked, "Um..where do I go to get the the main town?"

*Somewhere in the mainstream of data that runs unnoticed throughout Elder Tail*

A human travels toward Akihabara through passages of loading screens. Kaito, who died, has a big 'YOU DIED,' in front of his face. Everywhere he turns, he sees those words flaring right in his face. Kaito is seriously annoyed by these words. He has a disgustingly angry look on his face. He thinks dying would have been better than staring at a loading screen for 15 minutes. He was trapped in one position and forced to look at these two simple words. He thinks back to where he died in the first place. He wonders if the other people got away all right, instead of having this baka screen inflicted upon them. Finally the You Died on the screen fades away and three phrases fade into his face.

A question rests at the top.

Are you okay with having 1000 exp and all of your gold coins taken from you?

Two answer choices rest below that question.

Yes I am okay with it.
No I'm not okay with it.

The second choice just seems like the developer's way of comedy since there is no longer a way to log out. That second button would do nothing. Kaito is able to move his right arm now. He moves his finger and slightly taps the first option. It asks for a confirmation, and Kaito taps Yes. The space around him rumbles a bit and he shoots down toward somewhere. Light approaches in front of him, and he is swallowed by the bright light.

I let my mind drift off as of what happened and what could happen..... "A new reality...." I smiled "I always wanted something like this to happen..." A new challenge I tell myself something unexplored by most people.... Until now. I looked at the Monk and I decided to ask him a question "Are you planning on creating a guild? Also I think with the bard, me and you we would make a great combo." I checked through my equipment waiting for the monk to respond I see my black shirt, my black pants and some other gear in case the player didn't like the given gear. Black Coat Defense 3, Black High Boots Defense 1, (Attachable to coats) Black Hood Defense 2. I put them on and I realized I lost my shortsword in the battle. "Might buy a new one later." I looked at the knife, Damage 4 "I'll need alot more better equipment if i'm to ever become a good player, I think ill wear a coat boots and the hood always." The monk also talked to himself probably consulting about my offer.

As they group approached the gate everybody seemed relieved yet scared of this new life. The monster of a man named Wolf smiled which loosened up the tension that was lingering. The bard motioned to leave and Wolf exchanged friends with him before he left. "Anybody know what's going on?" Amon asked as he checked out the items and skills he had. Basic started armor but two swords to start. "I figured this class only started with one." Amon wondered. Amon also only had one ability <Lunge>. Amon closed his menu and looked at the group who seemed more together than what the situation warranted.

Amon heard Wolf say that he was going to head to the town spawn point and Amon asked to join him which Wolf didn't mind. As they walked through the town he immediately noticed that the place was flooded with players, most of which seemed confused. "I don't think anybody knows what is going on." Amon gestured as they reached the spawn point. In the distance Amon saw the cathedral where players would normally respawn if they died. He saw the place light up for about a second then go back to normal. Amon hoped that that was the player he saw perish earlier respawning.

I walked away from the monk "He might just message me I can't really know. May as well as find some level one creatures to kill." I pulled my knife and shimmered it in the sun I walked towards a open area and found some level one creatures (I'll edit the names in later) "Practice makes perfect." I drawed the blade in a instant and slashed the head of the creature and then kicked another back flipped into the air 5% damage on the first target 2% on the second I flipped down slashing the first target all the way down and kicked it further 7% damage I ran at the creature before it had time to react and used moonlight combo taking out a good 50% of its health that's 62% total. Double slash was activated without me even touching the skill. Was I in the right stance for that to automatically happen? that did 20% damage and I did a rabid amount of slashes 5% each time until it was down to 3% I jumped on it jumped off its head and slashed it all the way down again. I wasn't touched, I felt invincible, I continued to do this to the last 3 monsters picking up the coins as I went for the next target each time. Once the last one was finished I realized I made it to Lvl 2 my knife was down on durability. "I should visit a smith soon..." Then I thought for a bit "No, I can buy a new knife most likely..." I walked back into town.

Algodis got some instructions from the group and went back to town.
"I really need to buy a map. I wonder if they sell maps.."
Algodis looked around for a bit, and noticed he didnt have money either.
"Well, lets hope I can get a map for free.."
He finally found a place where they had maps, but none which were free. He sighed and turned back out the door of the store and looked around.
"Maybe someone with a scribe sub-class can help me? No. I doubt i'd find any scribe sub-class around here.."
Algodis felt the chill of being watched and turned around but no one was there. He started walking and suddenly was grabbed from behind.
"WHO--" Algodis fell over as the man behind him knocked him out.
"Shh...we just want your EXP pots.." the man took Algodis's EXP pots and threw him to the wall and left without a word. Algodis lay beside the wall, unconscious.

Kaito lands on the ground smoothly in the cathedral. Blue lights fade away behind him, and he sinks to his knees. He gets up again and starts to walk out. He pushes the slightly heavy door open and is met with the mystic sight of Akihabara. The great abandoned buildings sunk into the ground are covered with ancient green moss. Huge trees overhang over the ground. People are scattered across the ground, either sitting or standing. They are all probably trying to get information on what's happening. This happened before, there would be no answers to the many pleas of the people stuck in this game. All would be lost in the confines of the virtual world. Kaito hears something slightly to the right. Some kind of commotion is taking place. He watches a guy get knocked in the head into an alleyway by two other guys. Kaito is curious as to what happened. He hurries over there. Some people close to them looked but didn't do anything. After a few minutes, two come out of the alleyway with smirks on their faces. Kaito goes up to them.

"Hey what do you think you're doing?"

The guys look at Kaito with a dumbfounded look, as if they're calling him stupid just by looking at him with those faces.

"Did you just say something kid," one of them asked smugly.

They ignore him and continue. Kaito stops them again.

"Hey what did you do with that other guy? Hey I want answers?"

"Buzz off." The other guy in yellow just shoos Kaito away. "We don't have time for weaklings like you."

Kaito pulls out his knife in anger. Even though he knows this is a safe zone, he wants to beat the **** out of these guys. Jerks like that deserve to die. He can't just allow them to continue doing whatever they were doing. He feels a slight idea forming in his head of what they did to that other man they took into the alleyway. They probably stole all his stuff after beating him up. Kaito can't let these punks get away with such a crime. Kaito lunges at the two before either can act.

I walked into the town and saw the other assassin I thought it was nothing but I snapped my head back and saw him fighting with some people I rushed over and fought with him "Drag them out to the Combat Zone!" I continued fighting with them and hitting them into the floor and slamming them against buildings I kicked them out into the combat zone and did the moonlight combo in the combat zone sending the Brair Weasels over to them I flipped back into the combat zone and each time they tried to come back in I would slam them back out and into the weasels mercy. I smiled and watched as they almost died I grabbed the highest level one Lvl 18 and I put the knife to his throat "Give back what you stole or lose your money!" I yelled at him he dropped all of his items including the extra EXP Pot I remembered seeing someone knocked out "Drop his items!" the person dropped the items too. I smiled "I lied...." I threw him back into the weasels mercy and he died. I felt content the weasels retreated too I jumped in and grabbed the remaining coins and jumped back into the Safe zone. I handed the items and the EXP pot to Kaito. (Known to me just as another assassin)

Algodis got up and put his hand to his head.
"Ow. What the heck. I didnt think many people would steal from others..guess I was way wrong."
Algodis got up slowly and looked around seeing two others kicking around other people.
"Bullies? Nah..they seem more...heroic then villian."
He stood there for a moment pondering about the two and noticed his EXP pots were gone.
"What the. Wait. What. What..happened?!"
Algodis stood there motionless and confused as he thought to what happened.
"Maybe...THOSE GUYS FROM EARLIER."

As Kaito lunges, a mysterious shadow pops in and knocks the guys off their feet and follows through. The two guys fall to the ground as Kaito ends up above them. The mysterious shadow focuses into Kaito's view as the other assassin. The guys get up quickly and block the assassin's next strike. The guy in red just pushes against the assassin's weapon and sends him flying several meters. Kaito's anger gets the best of him. He yells and charges at the two bullies with a overhead strike. The guy in yellow knocks his knife away and kicks Kaito in the chest. It's a unfair fight even though they had the surprise advantage. Both are on the ground. The guy in yellow comes up to Kaito and speaks with such arrogance that it just enrages him even further.

"Is that the best you got? If that's all you can do, then just go run back home to your mom. Oh yeah you can't! Haha!"

Kaito stands up with complete hatred of this guy. This guy has fake power. We can beat them no matter what. They have no soul. They're just demons walking as humans. Puny demons that do another's work by stealing from others. With that kind of history, Kaito believed with all his heart that these demons could never beat them. Kaito uses just his bare fists and shoots a punch at the guy in front of him with full strength. The guy completely falls to the ground. He gets up again and wipes virtual blood off his face.

"Now you're going to get it," the guy in yellow threatens.

The guy pulls out his sword and slashes at Kaito. It's so predictable that Kaito just jumps over it and lands a kick to the guy's head. The guy stumbles a little backward, but doesn't look like anything really hit him.

"Drop all of your belongings before I really hurt you," Kaito says to the man.

The guy easily counters the obvious bluff with, "Why should I be afraid of a little level 1 like you?"

Kaito didn't have anything to counter that. He just stood there quietly. The guy takes that opportunity to attack him again. This time it hits him and Kaito is sent flying backward. The guy keeps on the pressure and while he's midair, the guy slams Kaito to the ground where a bunch of people are standing. The people move and Kaito tumbles backward across the ground. When he stops rolling, he finds himself upside down and looking at a familiar face. A Wolfhair.

Algodis walks over and looks at them all.
"What the big commotion over here, fellas? Havin' a fight? I gotta hand it to you..I can probably tell which side is gonna win, and which side is gonna lose...*Algodis ran over and punched the guy in red and sent him flying into the ground* THATS FOR HITTING MY FACE TO THE WALL."
Algodis looked at them as the guy in red got up and wiped the blood from his mouth. He glared at the assassins, and Algodis smirked.
"Getting fired up are we? Then..you beat us. I want to see it. Or...are you too weak?"

Wolf finished with all of the friend requests and rushed to the cathedral. His worries all dropped once he saw the assassin from earlier, exit the building. Instead of taking the basic way down, the assassin rushed to the aide of another player, but the level 1 got himself into a mess with players higher than level 30.

Wolf being only level 1 himself, he knew he HAD to stay within the town walls. If they were to exit the town, those players could clean up the level 1's without breaking a digital sweat. Wolf had to make plans other ways. He had to keep his identity hidden from the aggressors while helping the low levels get out of a sticky situation.

Wolf maintains his distance while he witnesses the level 1 attempt to push them out of town but the cathedral is set pretty close to the center of town. He would have to dedicate his time just to push. Remaining within town, their attacks do nothing but blow steam. The unconscious one wakes up and both assassins get tossed around.

Kaito rolls towards Wolf and the human giant had no more options. He had to show himself. Placing a hand on the one who got knocked out, he signaled him to relax; this isn't a fight they could win, yet.

"Let's back off for now," the 6'5" Monk said. If his level wasn't obvious through the kind of armor he wore, he would've have more intimidating. He was level 1 with only a wooden 2H sword, he needed to make a tactical retreat, and return post level 30. "I apologize for my friends' rash attitude and I hope you forgive them." The giant Monk swallowed his own pride for the sake of these, currently random, players.

Wolf remains bowed down hoping these players would follow his lead and back off for now. Will these level 30's let them go?

Algodis sighed and bowed with the Monk.
"Im terribly sorry. I have a short temper, and couldnt contain myself."
Algodis got up and he looked at the level 30's seeing how they would react. He looked at the Monk reassuringly, and smiled.
"My name is Algodis. May I ask of your name, good sir?"
Algodis looked up toward the tall Monk, and he looked around. He completely forgotten where he was, hence making it a better reason to team up with someone, or level up his Tracking sub-class.

"My name is Algodis. May I ask of your name, good sir?" the player beside him said. He spoke very respectively and Wolf can sense something from within him.

"Wolf. Wolf Kyuuketsuki," Wolf said after the level 30's let them off of the hook. Unfortunately, the two level 30's took note to remember the level 1s' faces. If they were to meet again on the combat field, bad things could happen. "We should train soon. It isn't safe to stay at this level."

Wolf said that to the three players next to him. 3 assassins and a Monk. This was the perfect situation for Wolf. His class was the weakest at the earlier levels, but assassins are great at these levels when it comes to leveling up. Once Wolf acquires his skill set, he will very, very slowly, but surely, become unstoppable. Right now, the Monk felt like a plastic bag drifting through the wind. He also felt so paper thin, like a house of cards, one blow and he would cave in.

He had to level. He needed more than just <<Double Strike>> and <<Tempest>>.
