I'm in town looking for a armor vendor to start getting more armor and maybe a weapon. I look through town packing alot more gold then before. A total of 3000 gold from the repeatable quests the odd Low Level PKer here and there and the coin drop from a PKer running which most often carried 100-200 gold I find a black shirt with some designs on the shoulders, Falcons, this looked perfect a falcon described the stare of my gaze I thought perhaps I could wear this in case I wasn't going somewhere and I was in the inn sleeping, I had to admit it does get pretty un-comfortable sleeping my coat that has some armor on the back and the inn gets crowded and I don't like being looked at strangely like I was a level one. "Some bracers and some new boots should do now." When I picked up the shirt I felt a immediate surge of wanting to look at its stats I looked at it in the menu and in the game the falcons they looked strange now that I looked closer. I eyed them and then I remembered that falcons in this game were a high elegance some NPCs had them as pets rich ones anyway. Does this NPC know what's he stumbled upon? I hand him the cheap gold and put the shirt on after going into a inn bedroom and taking my coat and shirt off not wanting others to look at me with no shirt then I equip the shirt and put my coat back on. I stood there for a little not knowing that once I got out and was putting my coat over my arm that they stared at me, at my arm like I was crazy. They whispered to each other and I ignored it swallowing nervously and I walked out and then went to another armor vendor. Lightly padded with metal around the beginning and then having 3 more circles down 1 inch apart from each other the 4th ended when it came to my foot I bought some bracers, metal on the top to block the strikes coming down on the person's wrist and a little bit more up I also bought a metal grip obviously not putting it on my current knife because I was buying another one very soon. I walked over to the weapon vendor with only 1200 gold left I bought a 1000 gold knife. a hardened leather grip to keep it from falling out of the user's hand and a small gold hilt the blade was pitch black I turned it and it reflected the sun easily. I gave the gold to the NPC and gave him my steel knife for 500 gold now having 700 gold. I walked away content I equipped all the new gear and attached the metal circling for a extra 70 attack and a hidden stat of 100 health. I walked into a different inn and tossed 15 gold on the counter and walked into a bedroom.

Algodis appears behind Wolf and waves and smiles to Kaito.
"H-hi.." he looks around to the people, and back at Wolf and Kaito.
"So..why are we here?" Algodis asked, confused and looked towards Kaito for an answer.

Vosmeer had been doing quest for a couple days now. As a Bard, he refrain from doing quest that involves monster hunting. It had been searching for quest that require him to use his wits and solving mysteries. Vosmeer done a couple of them with his other characters, but now it seems like his main source of EXP and gold. The good new is that there seem to be a lot more quest lining up for him if he takes the time to search for it. But it is slow, Vosmeer is currently level 4 which is much slower compare to his other characters he had created before.
"Party..." Vosmeer thinks to himself, shaking his head in disapproval.

Vosmeer does not trust other players. In a completely familiar yet strange world, Vosmeer cannot risk letting his guard down. Lately the atmosphere in Akihabara has been terrible. The small guilds are disappearing while larger guilds are growing at a scaring rate. He also heard rumors of Noobs Bullying, which involves EXP pots. He had been using his regularly to boost the leveling speed, but forcing new players to give EXP pots is disgusting.

Frowning, Vosmeer walks towards a People of the Land to finishing up his quest that he had been working for a while. It was for his side-job, Herbalist. Vosmeer has great interest in this side-job. Lately he had taken up his side-job into more considerations. With his abilities to spot useful herbs, he had saved quite a fortune without buying too much potions when he is hunting. He also made quite a profit selling them back to other players or NPCs. This quest that he had been working on would likely to either give Vosmeer a new Herbalist skill or a new recipe for new potion, which ever it is, it's promising.

Just when he is about to reach the NPC, he received a notification of message. Vosmeer's eyes darkened and quickly control his interface to read. <Central Bar>, tapping his fingers on his chin.
"This could be a good time to give it a try..." murmuring to himself, Vosmeer continue for his destination and finished the quest. He quickly bring out the map and looked, "perfect, I should have time for some preparations."

Vosmeer quickly checked his items and statuses, pleased that he has learned a new song magic and had gained some pleasing gears with his quests. Vosmeer finally walked towards the <Central Bar> and pushed the door open. The crowded people made him cough a little, but then it was no long for he recognize the familiar people, especially that monk. He also saw the two assassins, clearly made some improvements themselves. He walked closer but made some space in between, he is waiting for the purpose of the meeting.

"Time is of essence..."

Kaito looks at the figure behind Wolf. He appears to be an assassin. A lightbulb flashes in his head of recognition.

"H-hi," Algodis replies nervously.

The doors open again to reveal another person. The bard. Kaito can't place this guy's name. 'Vosmeer, that's what it is,' Kaito thought to himself with satisfaction on remembering the recipients of the messages he sent. There was still 2 guys missing though. Time was short though, so they might as well get started. Kaito waits for an person of the land to address them. Once one comes, the npc situated them at a table. Kaito now sat down in the wooden chair. He folds his fingers into a bridge and holds his head steady.

"Okay guys, you're probably wondering why I gathered you all here at this open bar place," Kaito stated firmly with pure seriousness in his voice, "it seems the worst possibility is happening here in Akihabara."

Wolf has yet to relax in this game, but now is far from the time to be doing so. As Vosmeer, the Bard, showed up, Kaito began the meeting. "... here in Akihabara." Although he didn't have time to relax, he was excited that things were getting serious.

"My stats are far from strong," Wolf silently tells the group, his red pupils meeting each of the other player's own. "So what do you propose we do?" Wolf was curious with his ideas. It isn't everyday he gets to sit back while someone else does the thinking.

Wolf took his seat and smiled at the female waitress. "I didn't realize how pretty you waitresses were," Wolf wasted his efforts on the NPC. "I'll have a beer." He knew it tasted like nothing so it didn't matter what he ordered.

Returning his attention to the assassin, he waited the next info that would escape his lips.

Algodis just stood there and looked around. He had no clue where he was, or what was happening. All he could do there was just stand and look. He backed into a corner, afraid of anyone to touch him. They all looked pretty scary to him, as most were looking him down. Algodis just hugged his shoulders and looked at Kaito for any other intresting details that might come in handy.

"As most of you know," Kaito began, "People from larger guilds are stealing exp pots from the new players." Kaito allowed that to hang for a moment. He kept his voice at a steady volume that could only be heard by the players at the table. He didn't want the guild near them to overhear anything. "The guilds are starting to monopolize. More levels means more power, and the fastest way to level up is to use exp potions. They'll be seeking us out to take our exp potions, any way they can."

Kaito takes a long breath in. He now asks the group an inquiring question, "Does anyone here have any information on operations of the larger guilds? We need to make a plan to prevent them from stealing from new players like us. Algodis here has already been a victim. We cannot allow this to happen to any others."

Kaito allows a brief period of time to allow the others to respond.

Algodis nodded and looked at the other players. He looked towards Kaito, and back at the players. Most looked as if they knew nothing, yet some looked like they did.
"This is intresting. Cant wait to see what other players say next.." Algodis mumbled to himself with a smirk.

"I have absolutely no clue," Wolf honestly said. "I've played many MMO's, but I just got started on this one." He examined his surroundings. No one seemed to care about their table. They were fine for now. Wolf attempted to reduce his presence, but being a monster human, there was only so much that he could do. His shaggy black hair looked unkept, but that was how he liked it. His red eyes finished his demonic look.

No matter what he looked like, stats are more important in this game. He could win in a fight in the non-combat zones, but his stats won't let up if they leave into the PvP area. "I may not know, but in my opinion, I don't think the larger guilds care about the intermediate ones." The EXP pot stealing guilds might have a few level 90's, but considering their measures, most of their members might be from 30-50.

"Whatever we plan on doing, we'll be victims as long as we don't hit level 30," Wolf continued. "That would take too long though. We need another plan." Wolf's head raced with ideas, but before he was going to share them, he wanted to hear what the others had to say first.

Vosmeer shakes his head as he hears from the assassin and the monk.
"We don't have the time or the resources to speed level especially when our EXP pots are the targets of certain guild."
"It is evident that non-combat area will cause the NPC guard to appear, so it is impossible for the larger guilds to attack us in Akihabara. The only place they can do so is the wild where P v P is allowed, also where EXP pots will work. Unfortunately, EXP pots doesn't have bonus effect on quest reward EXP, making utility of the EXP pots, reserve for monster hunting. Which for us, it is dangerous..."
"A negative cycle of abuse..." Vosmeer thinks to himself.
"There is only a couple of solutions that I can think of, with two being prominent. In order to continue our leveling progress, we need to do more than just quest, but also minor grinding with the help of the EXP pots. In order to continue hunting and questing, we need to join a guild with enough influence to guaranteed the safety of our leveling. The tricky part is...why would they let us join and at what cost? Our EXP pots?"
Vomseer tapped his fingers on the table as his voice echoes within the group.
"The other option is to give up hunting and do quest that doesn't involve hunting, myself for example have done so far. The question is, it is painfully slow, as you can see, I am only level 4."
The smirk on Vosmeer's face see to direct it to himself.
"Risk or Safety...it's your choice..." Vosmeer sneered, with obvious malice.

"Bravery and Cowardice are two sides of a hand..."

Kaito listens to Vosmeer's proposal of what they should do, but by half of it, Kaito can already see that these guys don't have a reasonable solution. Kaito sighs.

"It is true that the fastest way to leveling is through exp pots, but the risk of protection seriously undermines its effectiveness. If we can't use them, they're useless. The only guilds available now are the ones that are going to take our exp pots. We can't survive here with such low levels. The best option we have is to make a guild ourselves. Sure it does have serious consequences such as pkers being able to kill us off easily, but with our own guild, we can make allies with other guilds to help our growth in levels and income. In this way, there's no chance of having to give away our exp pots. The problems here are... who wants to be the leader of the guild, how many are in for this idea, and what are we going to do to improve our levels. Who here wants to be in this guild I'm proposing as an option?"

Algodis smiled, "I want to be part of it!!" He shouted. "It seems a very reasonable and probably one of the only options we have. If we dont form a guild, its basically saying were a bunch of low level players free to pk and steal our exp pots. If we do form a guild, its saying we have others with us, and with a bunch of over low level players, we can create strategies to switch off players to be front line and back lines to defend ourselves, since we dont have high levels." He shrugged.

Wolf put his finger to his lips indicating Algodis to lower his voice. "Shh. We can't draw too much attention." After Wolf felt like the coast was clear, he spoke.

"I'm in," the howling voice whispered. Wolf kept his voice only loud enough to be heard by the members of the table. "The main goal is to hit level 30. The problem is, in between all of those levels, we are in constant danger." He paused to let the main focus sink in.

"Inside the non-combat area, being around me is the safest. Outside of the non-combat area, being around me is the most dangerous. I don't have speed stats to run away and my sustain isn't enough to keep me alive, yet. I can buy time and transfer most of my items to our fastest runner. Other than that, I'll meet you back in the city, if we encounter danger outside of town."

Wolf received his beer that tasted like nothing and took a sip. "As for how we should level up, we need a scout to find an isolated training ground. It can be any difficulty, we just need to be far from being noticeable. After our scout finds a good spot, we should stock on potions and survival supplies. Our other option is to attempt a guild quest, although I don't think they'll have one focused around our level. Another option is to live outside of town and only come by when we need supplies. This plan is pretty much the same as the isolated training ground, but instead of search for just a good training spot, we are focusing on find a good hiding spot."

Wolf had plenty of other ideas, but he had to settle with dishing out only 3. Waiting for what the others thought, he continued drinking his terrible drink.

I arrived at the bar and sat down with them with a deadly silence. And listened to what they had to say. I don't think I'm doing another quest for a while....
