I gotta say that last season was pretty boring for me anime-wise on CrunchyRoll. Attack on Titan was good, but I'd already read the entire manga so it wasn't really anything fresh.

This season had a lot of unexpectedly good anime though. I'm watching almost every single anime in this current season and I'm thoroughly enjoying almost all of them (Some had rough starts and others are losing momentum to be truthful, but they are still overall really good).

I was still wondering last season if I'd keep up my CrunchyRoll sub, but after all the good anime they got their hands on this season thats a no brainer. Especially since Manga are also appearing on here now. That sealed the deal 10x over. Hope you guys/gals keep up the good work at CrunchyRoll. Doing a great job.

What are your three or four favorite shows so far this season and why?

Also, should your thread die or get locked, you should probably send your thoughts directly to CR (http://www.crunchyroll.com/help?topic=contact) as I'm sure they'd love the positive feedback. It'll help them shape their choices in the future.

I was impressed by the number of shows CR offered this season for sure, and the manga offering was a really pleasant surprise!

I've moved this thread over to the feedback forum, but if you want to say what some of your favorite shows have been, please do share in the ongoing discussion about impressions and rankings of the season's shows here:

I think that it depends on what sort of genre people prefer.

I actually ended up liking the summer season a lot more than this current fall season. Watamote, Servant x Service, Love Lab, Chronicles of the Going Home Club, KINMOZA!, and the second season of Oreimo were all great anime for me.

By contrast there aren't as many shows this season that I really love. Mostly it's Yowapeda, Golden Time, and Log Horizon.

I actually found a lot to like last season, although a lot of that was shows carried over from Spring. This season has been a lot better than it looked at first though. For me, the better shows all started later in the season.

TBH, I'm not watching much this season. There were a lot of shows I wanted to watch, but the essential ones weren't available in the UK on CR.

As a result, when I'm in the mood to watch anime, I'm firing p the HTPC and not the PS3. And once I've watched those shows, I'm not in the mood to switch platforms.

The only CR show I'm really watching at the moment it Log Horizon. Everything else in my queue is stuff I would watch whilst in a CR binge. But the binge-starting shows just aren't available here.
