Hmmm.... I just gave that episode a quick spin. I'm not having problems streaming it.

If you're streaming off the web, which browser are you using (Chrome, Firefox, IE, Safari)? Which operating system? If you are streaming from the web, have your tried multiple browsers? ... such as trying Internet Explorer if you're using Chrome, etc.? Have you tried clearing browser cache, cookies, rebooting, etc?

Again, if you are streaming off the web, are you running any browser plug-ins? Such as AdBlock Plus or anything else?

Ah, sorry to say, but I don't stream from an Android device. Couple of suggestions if you don't receive any replies here (which you probably will come Monday):

1.) Make sure to check the Android support forum (http://www.crunchyroll.com/forumcategory-391030/android) to see if your problem was already reported and maybe a solution posted.

2.) You can always reach support directly via the Contact Us link: http://www.crunchyroll.com/help?topic=contact Just copy & paste your question with the error message in the form.

Sorry I couldn't be of much help. Hope you get your problem fixed soon.

Cheers.
