On the outskirts of a small town in Madidus stood a decently sized single tiered building, a few smoke stacks rising from it's roofing, black smoke coming out in a steady stream from the stacks.
“Home sweet home” Aventh said as he carried his backpack and a heavy looking bag into the house. A small bell that hung over the front door rung as he swung the door's open into a large open area, a counter was placed at the rear of the large room. While weapon racks filled with spears, swords, and even bows were placed around the room.

Aventh himself though paid no mind to the store like set up and instead continued to carry his bags out through a door situated behind the counter, the back door opened up to a small stair case (Only two steps down) and onto a stone floor that held a slightly larger room, though it was more like a roof with three walls, the back wall missing and instead opening up too a wooden patio. On top of the stone floor sat two large stone furnaces, one with a few stone pots in them, molten iron cooking inside of them ready to be poured out into some crude molds that sat near the other furnace. Aventh set down his backpack and bag with a large thud and stretched his neck.
“I suppose I should get to work... Yua should be returning in a few hours...” Aventh said as he slipped on some thick leather gloves and picked up a long iron rod.

Eli looked absolutely exhausted. Then again, when did he not. He always worked himself to passing out, but this time was different. He'd woken to the whirring of his compasses needle in the middle of the night. He pushed on, continuing his walking as he watched his compass, unfortunately not watching the land before him as well as he should have. Before him was one of the sharper hills and when he realized, he had already began to pitch forward, letting out a cry of surprise as he tumbled down the steep hill, landing in a heap some yards away, groaning in pain. His knapsack had come open and his clothes and tools were around him and as far as a yard or two away. He sat up and reached for the close things, a pain in his side. He went to stand but whimpered and stumbled back onto his bum. His ankle hurting terribly. Just what I need.. he thought, looking around.

"Hey, this looks like a blacksmith's hammer" A girls voice came from Eli's right, he quickly turned his head around to see a girl crouching next to him picking up a few of his things. Yua, who could feel Eli's eye's on her turned her head, there eye's meeting "Sorry... did you... not want my help? You looked like you needed a helping hand so I thought I would grab a few of your things for you* Yua said setting the things she had picked up next to Eli who remained quiet, Observing her actions "Ah... My names Yua, whats yours?" Yua asked holding her hand out in a gesture of kindess

He took his things up and stuffed them in his bag quickly. "It is." He said curtly, then slung his bag over his shoulder. "Eli." He stood again, leaning back on the wall as he winced a little. He'd not suffered such an injury in years, so he'd grown unaccustomed to it. "Where is this? My map is a few hundred year out of date."

"Well where do you think you are?" Yua asked
Eli just looked at her and mumbled a few word sunder his breathe and then pointed to the map "Somewhere around the eastern border close to Viridis"
Yua giggled a bit then and jumped back and smiled with her arms wide out "Welcome to Madidus! the middle of it that is"
"I knew I was in Madidus.. wait... the middle?" Eli said "So my map really is no good..."
"By the way... you sprained your ankle didn't you? want me to help you with it? My house is pretty close to here if you need some rest" Yua said with a concerned look as she eye'ed Eli's sprained ankle that had already started to swell

"Its not the worse injury I've incurred." He said immediately. "I'm just fine."
Though when he started to walk he stumbled and needed to lean on the wall still, "do you have a first aid kit or something?"

"Hmmmm" Yua stopped and took her pack off as she rummaged through it "Ah!"
"You have something" Eli asked
"I have this" Yua said holding some bandaging wrap "But" Yua took one of her arrows and snapped off the head leaving her with a stick and some wrap "Now we can make a splint yea?" Yua asked as she handed Eli the things
Eli nodded and took the arrow shaft and wrapping and quickly wrapped up his sprained ankle with the splint and tried standing on it, although there was still some pain, he could at least bare to walk on it "This will do... for now" Eli said sharply
"I see.... well we have a bit of a walk ahead of us to reach my house... I live on the outskirts of this town, or were you thinking of going somewhere else?" Yua asked

The cool breeze of Madidus gave life to Yua's lung as she took in a deep breathe of air, the air filled with the scents of bread and meat from the nearby shops, she reached down feeling the coin pouch that hung form her waist and smiled "I've worked hard enough, its time ot get some food before heading back home... its such a long walk too... why did he choose to build his house on the outskirts of town..." Yua muttered as she walked around the street's, although the town had started to go to sleep she soon found herself standing in front of one of her favorite places to eat, A small Cafe by the name of "Oak's Bark" and Obvious reference to the children's story about a tree who sacrificed much for those he cared about.

"Hello! Oba-Chan!" Yua said as she walked through the front door's the warmth of the small Cafe rushing over Yua's body as the small bell above the door rung "Ah, Civilization finally" Yua thought as she held up her hand in a greeting
"Oh, Yua, Your back" And older womens voice came form behind the counter "Come come, sit, I just finished roasting a chicken, would you like some?"
Yua could smell the cooked chicken, the herbs and spices she could smell int he air smelled amazing and a bit of drool appeared on the side of her mouth, she quickly rubbed it off and took a seat at the counter "Yes please!" Yua said with a smile as the Older women set a cup of tea in front of her.
'So what was the job this time? don't think I couldn't hear those coins jumping around your waist... you should be careful, its been more dangerous lately at night" The old women asked as she brought the chicken out from the back room and started to carve it

Yua took a sip of tea, the warm liquid warming her insides that had been chilled by the cold air of Madidus's night, releasing a sigh of satisfaction after the sip "hm, nothing big, I found some people who needed a few bandits to be taken care of" Yua said as she flexed her arm "Don't worry Oba-chan, I can handle myself pretty well, I'm not no weakling or anything"
"My my" The old women said setting a plate of chicken in front of Yua "Still, I think that brother of your's should be the one doing job's like that, to make such a young beauty like your self do all the work, sure he makes weapons... but those just don't sell around these parts"

"Brother? She must mean Aventh" Thought Yua, it's true that Aventh didn't look much older than her, but that was only in appearance, though instead of correcting the women Yua just nodded "Well he does make my arrow's for me, he even enchants them" Yua said happily
"Well if you say so Yua" the women said letting the topic go. The two continued to talk until Yua finished her meal and set a few coins on the counter "Thank's Oba-chan, your food is amazing like always"
"Thank you for your patronage like always Yua, you should get home quickly though, being out too late can be really dangerous even for you"

{Eli would never say thanks. Bahahaha. ~Eli sits and silks~}

Eli pulled out his compass, it now pointed north... to the direction of the place Yua described. "I've got my directions right here." He pointed the direction he was due to head. "I don't need help."

(OOC: Sorry ^^ and fixed, you should try writing with Yua a bit too have her give some responses to what Eli says and such)

"Wait... you just follow a compass around? so are you always heading north?" Yua said as if trying to joke with Eli "If you keep going that way you'll just end up in Ordan!"
Eli shot a look at Yua and then back at his compass "I dont need someone to tell me where ill end up" He said as he started to walk in the direction the compass needle pointed it
"Well if you keep going this way you'll just end up at my place" Yua nonchalantly said as she held her hands behind her head walking along said Eli, Eli once again looked at Yua who wore a mischievous smile on her face. Eli just looked back at his compass and mumbled to himself.

"You're paying." Eli said as he followed, looking around. It wasn't too bad of a place, but the feeling of homeliness wasn't there for him.

(Yeah I've never done this sort of thing before, it's sort of strange. And don't worry, I told you no one could easily play Eli! Ahahah. He's a weirdo. «pets Eli»)

Eli let out a breath. "Fine. I'll stay for a leading bit." This apparently made the compass happy as its needle whirled around. Stupid compass. Eli rolled his eyes and followed Yua, "not too close to the town."
"Its a nice walk though," she smiled. "Isn't it?"
Eli simply flowered at her, the stinging of he in still immense.

Lilysis was running quickly running through the streets, trying to get away from her purser, she went into each store trying to find help.
" Help anyone" She called out panicking and kept on looking backwards to see how close he was. No one answered her so she kept moving until she found a large building that was off to it's self. She quickly ran up to the door and kept hitting the door" Help someone's chasing me" She kept looking back over her shoulder every few seconds panickly.

The door luckily opened and she fell on her knees to the floor from the exhuastion, and panick almost to the point of hysteria. "thank you" She looked some what relieved but realized the person was getting closer as time went.

"Are you okay?" Aventh asked looking down at the girl
"Please... Help..." Lysis said as she quickly got up and backed away from the door, a man slowly walking up to the shop, he didin't look dangerous but actually well dressed, though Aventh, seeing how afraid the girl seemed stepped in front of her turning around to face her and kneeling down "Don't worry, why don't you go wait in the back room while I handle this" Aventh said in a kind and soft tone. Lysis Nodded and got up running to behind the counter and hiding behind it.

"Can I help you sir?" Aventh asked the man as he stood back up turning around the man bowed and took his hat off
"Im sorry for the disturbance, you see, that girl you have hid behind your counter in your shop? she's a wanted criminal, Im simply here to take her back to Midgard to be put on trial" Matthew said with a sly smile
Aventh leaned on his door frame "Really? it must be a pretty serious crime if you have to bring her back to Midgard"
"Yes well I'm afraid I cant share any of the details with you" Matthew explained

"I'm sorry then, without any proof I cant exactly hand the girl over to you, would it be possible to ask you to kindly give up?" Aventh asked but the man remained silent as he put his hat back on a smile on his face "Guess not huh?"

Matthew quickly threw a punch into Aventh's chest a blast of energy launching Aventh back into on of the many weapon racks in his store.
"Oh so your a blacksmith are you?" Matthew said taking a step into the store "You know playing with sharp objects can be dangerous, I mean, look at yourself, already cut up"
Aventh laid in a heap of his own weapons, a few of them had managed to cut him but nothing to serious "uuugh, Bastard" Aventh said as he reached over for a small dagger and quickly threw it at Mattew who easily deflected the blow with his cane.
"Come now, you should be able to tell you are out matched by now, yes?" Matthew said "hand over the girl and I wont have to kill you"

Aventh looked over at the girl who seemed even more terrified, but instead of giving her a scolding look for bringing this trouble upon him he only smiled "I'm keeping your attention aren't I?" Aventh said as he continued to smile his eye's looking into Matthew's

"Spirits of lighting, grant me your strength, LIGHTING BOLT!" Yua yelled form behind Matthew who quickly reacted, but instead of dodging the attack he simply held up his hand, Yua's spell crashing into him, but instead of the lighting hitting him as soon as it touched Matthew's hand the bolt split and went around Matthew's body destroying the wall behind himself and Matthew.

****

"Whoa!" Eli shouted as an explosion and a loud boom sound was herd just over the next hill 'What the hell is happening over there? isn't her house over there... and why did she just suddenly run off..." Eli muttered to himself "She said something about a mysterious wind blowing..."

****

"Aventh! are you alright?" Yua said, ignoring Matthew who had just easily deflected her blow
"Ah, Im fine, Yua, be careful, he is not a normal human" Aventh said as he groaned in a bit of pain slowly getting up
Yua nodded "Right, Bring it on" Yua said towards Matthew
"Really now, how many of you are there?" Matthew said with a sigh
